Had to move rooms air wasn't working and there wasn't another king available had to settle for 2 queens. 2nd room wasn't very clean and dusty bed wasn't comfy all in all not a great stay

Front desk staff night person Danielle is really nice we staff here often when in town. Breakfast is good and always stocked. Cleaning needs to be stepped up starting to not look good hallways and carpets, poor repairs we stay monthly and are starting to notice the difference. Do not appreciate non service animals in the food area. Other La Quintas have pets use the side door and not be in the Lobby (suggestions)

We had a wonderful stay! The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was nice ! My only two complaints are the a/c in the room did not blow very hard so it took forever to cool down. We brought a box fan with us so it help tremendously! My other complaint is, I had to ask for more towels after the second day because housekeeping never came the entire time we stayed. The two housekeepers that I found in the hallway were super helpful and just gave us the towels and washcloths so that’s a plus!

The elevator broke and we were on the 3rd floor, the bathrooms were dirty and poorly kept, the rooms smelled moldy, when asked if they had any soda for sale the guest service lady said if there’s any in the machine that all we have. The holiday Inn Express is right across the bridge and we stayed there the previous night and it was much nicer for the money!!

The staff at La Quinta Festus were very kind and helpful. They allowed an early check in. The room was..gross. It reeked of mildew. It felt very damp in the room. The shower was peeling from where they had attempted to paint over issues in the tub. And all of the paint on the walls in the room/bathroom was patchy. It worked for a bed for the night, but we won’t stay again.

Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Staff were very friendly. Pool was nice for an evening. Convenient location. Close to everything. Would definitely stay again.

Not a good place to stay for more than 1 night. Small room. Breakfast was mostly pre-wrapped items. Not in a good location.

Check in was good. After we got back to the room around midnight the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. We tried the front desk 3 times & no answer, even walked down to front desk & couldn’t find anyone.

Staff was great. The room had a funny smell, hard bed, and the tub stopper didn’t work

The AC was broken, there were no other rooms available to move us to. Their only solution was to bring us a box fan, which did not help at all.

It is expectations that set the stage for a pleasant stay. My expectations were for a room with a properly functioning HVAC system, and a swimming pool to relax in after (8) hours on the road. Neither of those expectations were met. The room was warm upon arrival, which was reported to the attendant, who assured me she would address this situation. The pool, was marked “closed for season”. After waiting 90 minutes I returned to the attendant and questioned the HVAC situation, only to be told “I can check it, but it probably needs maintenance to take a look”. At this point I vacated the room, which had not been disturbed in any way, and returned my keys th the attendant. Poor experience from this facility. Do not recommend.
