I arrived paid room in advance when I arrived I get all the way through paperwork to sign then get told I’m blocked I can’t no longrr stay at the hotel I asked why they gave me no reason I got screwed on my money I’m still waiting for refund it’s bull shit I had to sleep outside cause of this bull shit Everything

My floor was dirty and had not been mopped or swept it was trash under bed and no signal on tv so channels where not coming in and it was under construction so loud banging doing roof

Not much good to say about this experience. The staff was nice but the location felt unsafe and is in a rundown part of town. Terrible location with Drugs and homeless all around and knocking at our doors in the middle of the night.

Breakfast buffet was terrible. No milk or 1/2 1/2 available for coffee. Property could use a good cleaning.

Great staff, clean room, and good price for value. I liked that the parking lot was gated/secured. In kind of an industrial neighborhood so it wasn’t really “scenic” or whatever but for what we needed it was perfect. oh and the Wi-Fi setup is crazy, just have free, fast Wi-Fi, it’s 2026 for chrissakes!

The staff was courteous and professional. The gated entry was nice for the area. It was overpriced for the (lack of) amenities offered. The breakfast was nothing more than a single pot of coffee and water plus a few prepackaged tiny muffins. The room didn't offer coffee pot, clock or even the Bible. The shower faucet was broken and we were forced to change rooms.

I travel the PNW for CFA Cat shows. This was the worst I've ever stayed at and is the highest price. The motel is old and smells old. I was on the 3rd floor and had to climb the stairs with my stuff. Breakfast was generic muffins that taste the same no matter the flavor. Or instant oatmeal. Those were your only choices. Smokers were allowed to smoke near the back door entrance.

Gated community Weren’t helpful in fulfilling my refund request for early check out. Fresh folded towels had pieces of other people hair still in them. Shower curtain had old hardened soap scum on them with hair still inside the soap scum. Door didn’t shut fully so if you weren’t paying to much attention it will be open leaving room for intruders.

Was clean, staff wonderful and parking was good in a fenced lot.

Dirty bathroom , lobby smells like cigarettes, and the floors in the suites were sticky.

I couldnt even check in, there was no body at the front desk. I waited for an hour after a long drive.

Kalilo Harvest. He was great. He went above and beyond. The whole staff was great, except for the GM. She needs just a tad bit of compassion. My wife is disabled and she offended us when she stayed this is a Hotel. Not a hospital. The GM
