Terrible room terrible service stains everywhere looks like a place from a horror movie

On a positive note, the sheets and towels were clean.

Room had mold on shower wall. Not enough towels or wash cloths. No ice. Had to pay cash for deposit and wait on stuff to double check room and sign for cash return.

Everything was outdated. Felt like whatever works they still kept, no need for upgrades type of feel. I would suggest maybe half the things be updated & the other half is fine. Also, not have a open wire plug wall not covered? Could have shocked someone.

Nothing. Staff couldnt communicate in English. Did not know there was a deposit after setting my reservation. Had me leave to get cash . Floor was sticky and very dirty. Bed had spider in it. Staff advised okay to check out if wasnt satisfied. Did not like this location.

Quite Booking.com needs to post there is a 50. Cash deposit. Shower went from being hot to cold then to burning hot kids couldn't take shower no ice or pop machines dirty inside

Dirty carpet (very) stains. Broken lock. AC did not work properly and was very noisy. Shelves in fridge broken. Trash in hallway and outside (on ground and overflowing garbage cans). Abandoned cars in parking lot. Felt unsafe.

Poor

Lamp didn’t work in room Tv remote was taped on the back and batteries didn’t want to stay in. Faucet on shower was backwards, hot was cold, cold was hot. Went from freezing to scalding barely moving the dial. Bed was comfortable. Mini fridge and microwave came in handy. 2 stars cause there wasn’t any bugs

Run down

It was 45 minutes away from cruise port Several things were in need of maintenance. Loose toilet seat, door knob, some repairs need around the base of the area next to the tub and door base

Convenient to the freeway yet the room was quiet and did not hear the traffic. Refrigerator and microwave were easy to use and the Refrigerator held a bag of groceries. There was no bedside lamp in the room which made it difficult to turn off the light by the door and make it to bed safely. Bring a flashlight. The front counter staff did find an extension cord to plug in the charging cable for the phone. The only plug by the bedside was behind the bed. Bring cash for the deposit, not mentioned when I booked.

Placement, no issues with noisy environment, exceptional service!
