Staff was professional, courteous and very friendly! The room was Great and maybe my favorite bed of any hotel I have ever stayed and we were on the Wizard World Comic Convention tour of the U.S.

No TV service. I stayed for 3 nights. Vending machines and ice machine not operable. Floor carpet on all levels..filthy. Every night heavy weed smells in hall way. Even though the hotel fills up because of cheap rental...people shouldn't have to live like that. Can't imagine the contamination.

Cash deposit required but not mentioned in listing or confirmation email. No ATM on site, check in person laughed when I asked where to find an ATM

Room pathetic staff worse asking for 50 dollars dow

An unexpected $50 cash deposit was required before they would rent the room. There was ample parking but there was no sign saying the name of the hotel. Confusing!

Hi myself and my children checked in July15th 2026 in room 132 I checked out July 20th 2026 3rd day staying in the room I started getting bumps on my arms I thought it was mosquito bites but the next day they were all over my body badly I pulled the covers back off the bed and I videoed dog hairs caped on the mattress a little brown bug that was dried up and dead the size of a nat stains on the mattress candy stuck on the sheets I just came from the urgent care and it is confirmed that me and my son has been bitten up by bed bugs I informed the manager about this he was disrespectful and rude and didn't care about hearing me out about being bitten up and irritated itching painfully never will I stay in that hotel ever again they need to be closed down it is disgusting i should have followed my mind and got a refund when I arrived and seen the hotel to check in every one beware of this hotel

Ha ha jokes on me !! This is not a hotel for travelers. This is a homeless encampment. The pictures of the property are a complete fabrication and outdated (20 years). Please steer clear at all costs. The room doesn’t have ice, functional ac, coffee and phone for contacting the front desk. But it does have filthy carpets, cigarettes in the hallway and a disrespectful staff. Trust me, this place is beyond disgusting.

Pool was closed and covered. Not really the best part of town. For the price it was a good stay. Staff was very helpful.

Filthy carpets very poorly maintained

The room was only $71 the staff were very nice. The hotel is very old and has not been remodeled in a really long time. Ice machine was broken. carpets were really stained throughout the building and the rooms themselves were ok. Bathroom was clean. And the bed was pretty dang comfortable and also clean. The lamp shades were pretty gross and the toilet had chunks of porcelain that were missing on the lid. Overall it was fine for the price.

A budget hotel and you get what you expect. It was clean, but there were a few cosmetic issues as I expected. The bathtub was chipped for example. I don't expect a budget hotel to run out to replace a chipped tub. All in all I had a great stay.

I couldn't stay in this place because I didn't have cash. In their description they do not specify that the refundable deposit must be with cash and I drove 3 hours with my baby to lose my money in this place. 0 recommended. They didn't refund my money although the fault is theirs for not having availability to receive card payments. And it's good that I didn't stay with my baby in this horrible place. The lobby looks very disgusting, messy and dirty. I just wanted a place that would fit my budget to rest with my baby one night and God made me leave that place
