The location is perfect from the freeway. However the area is extremely shady. A lot of homeless in the area. Was approached several times asking for money. The staff for the most part was very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and kept up.

Location is lowkey sketchy but they have a security guard in the fenced parking lot so it’s chill. Property and room was clean and staff was nice.

Lovely staff made for an easy check in . Fifteen minute walk to the Tacoma Dome

The breakfast wasn't good at all , the staff was rude and the place is not kid friendly. There are homeless people everywhere almost got car jacked one block from hotel. Again, not kid friendly.

Staff was great! Hotel is clean, i liked the security at night in the parking lot. Breakfast was alright. Typical hotel food! Pool was nice !

It was very unsafe place to stay we actually left the next day Thursday to get a different hotel in a safer area. Very disappointing that I can't get my money back. Room was dirty the pillows had red stains on them and fireworks going off all night and it wasn't the 4th of July. Will never be back.

It was very nice that there was 24/7 security inside and around the parking lot.

The A/C unit was very noisy, everything else about the room was fine. Noisy trucks in the middle of the night.

2) when I interacted with front desk staff both on the phone and in person , they were incredibly nice and helpful and really made our stay pleasant. :) 3) the cost of a one night room was absolutely astronomical and ridiculous for what this room was. I paid $330. :( i travel often for work and stay at some pretty nice places and I have never in my life paid that much for one night of a room. 4) we went to a concert at the tacoma dome , and the location was incredibly convenient , and I appreciated being so close. 5) when we arrived, the entire parking lot was completely full. I can't imagine that I was the last guest checking in so it just doesn't seem like there's enough parking spots for all of the rooms they have. 6) the entry area, the pool and hallways looked really nice, updated and we're great amenities. 7) who has full size ("double") beds!?! I've never in my life seen that. So small. Had to check res. 8) Room was subpar. our sink wouldn't drain, mirror wasnt cleaned- messages from previous stay showed in mirror fog, old appliances we had to plug in, looked out onto roof, rust painted over in tub, old lamps Overall, I appreciated interactions with the staff and it's location (!) But I will NEVER stay here again when $330 gets one night in a clearly half renovated facility.

Rooms dark and bathrooms very old and run down. Breakfast was pretty drab. No healthy options. It was only a 20 min walk to the Tacoma Dome which was a plus. Kids enjoyed the pool.

It was OK for a quick overnight following a concert. But we had to wait 20 minutes to check into our room after a very long night. Not sure what the delay was. No apology was given. The room wasn’t super clean. But again we just needed a place to crash. The location was perfect. I appreciate that there was security on premises. It felt safe parking.

Breakfast was great - very clean and well done. Good location for our needs between Tacoma and Seattle, right off I-5. Cheap gas at tribal station across the street, but there were several drugged out homeless people across the street also. We only had three towels in the room for 4 people. That would not normally be an issue, but we could not get one from the front desk and the housekeepers had not clocked in yet for work, so my son did not have a towel to use. They brought it up right after he got dressed. This was not the only hotel that only provided 3 towels for 4 people, but it was the only one that we had a hard time getting a 4th towel from - usually there are housekeeping staff in the hallway, but my husband checked every floor and there weren't any staff. Big security presence in the parking lot and at the front desk. Not sure if we felt safer or concerned that it was necessary.
