Place was okay easy to find. Breakfast ok. Nice place to stay with family. Security at premises. Would go back again.

Exccelent place

Breakfast are simple.

Parking was okay. The only issue is there is a massive amount of homeless people and drug users walking around the area. I don't feel comfortable with my wife or my kids walking around the property. However, the parking spot was great. Security is on property, they also have police security, but that doesn't make Everything Phil comfortable the room was.But for me, I am disabled, and some of the railings were damaged.So just be careful on the handlebars

Took me 45 minutes to check in because your employees were too busy screwing around with each other. They could care less who was standing there. I was the second in line. Ice machines don’t work half the time. None of them worked on a third floor.

Expedia was convenient and pricing was great. The Casino nearby shooting off fireworks was not expected and definitely noisy. Other than that it was a great stay.

Everything at the hotel was fantastic! The only downside was the location being in a little bit of a sketchy area but we had no issues with parking and no issues whatsoever!

It felt spacious and the breakfast area was so nice.

It was a good stay but what was very irritating was having to hear very pout fireworks during the night!! We didn’t know where they came from and staff at the lobby didn’t know either .. woke us up all three nights we stayed there.. breakfast was ok

The bathroom was clean enough, but it could use a little better scrubbing in the bathtub. Also, when we checked in, there was a partially used toilet paper roll and no unopened one on top of the toilet tank as usual. It is quite close to the freeway, so it was pretty noisy at night and being a light sleeper, I don't get very good sleep. However, the location is convenient because it is just minutes away from family we are visiting plus the staff were definitely very helpful and nice and that's what makes me keep coming back.

The room was clean and the bed was adequate. Staying on the highway side made it a noisy night. WiFi was terrible, basically non-existent. There was a fitness room, however, the A/C did not work in it so it was stuffy. One of the 7th floor fire doors was jammed shut (a fire hazard). Area was sketchy at best (overpass within sight with numerous homeless) though we had no problems. Not a great value but adequate for a night's rest.
