Emerald Queen Hotel and Casino - Tacoma

Nice clean room. Only one chair for two people. Need more signs directing where to check in.

Would stay here again. A bit of a maze before you get used to it

Hotel muy grande para tener una minialberca los demás muy bien.

Noisy neighbor..Staff did not care...3 am to 6 am....ask for discount on next stay...Never called back...

Amazing room, beautiful property. I wish it was long than a one night stay!

The staff was really kind. Housekeeping was very tight with the towels. We missed a day of housekeeping and when we requested towels the next day they only provided 2 body towels. I wish the pool/jacuzzi stayed open later. We were into town for an event and would have loved to enjoy it when we got back to our room. At checkout as we’re getting ready to walk out at 11:02 someone was trying to walk in. I could understand if it was 11:10 or 11:15 but to have someone open the door at 11:02 is a bit excessive considering check out is so early. Overall it was a good stay but the things mentioned could have made it a wonderful stay.

Really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and upscale decor plus the spacious room. Would stay there again!

Stay was amazing, clean rooms, well taking care of

It was agreat place to stay. Friendly staff the room was very nice.

Room was clean Staff was nice

Enjoy, Pat

We just stayed here for one night and it was all you want in a hotel room. Very clean, good gym and pool, good stations on TV, and very comfortable beds. I really liked how nice the shower and bathrooms were too. Not to mention it is a very nice casino. I will stay there again when I get the chance.

I really loved my stay here. It was so clean and the room was so updated nice

Have stayed before and it’s always great. This stay was no different, the power in my room just went out a couple times and I was on hold with room service for 20 minutes.

There were no cups at all in the room how do you expect guests to brush their teeth, or use the ice? The in room coffee maker did not work.two staff members told my wife smoking was outside but the casino had smoking areas.the hotel was sparkling clean.

Very clean hotel and nice workers

The room was very well decorated with artwork and fabrics. I like the very high ceilings. The room has a TV, coffee maker, mini fridge, ironing board, iron, & safe. The bathroom was very nice. The shower door didn’t leak out onto the floor. Towels were nice.

Very comfortable
