Everything was clean. Room smelled good. I would definitely stay again.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were. I had a bit of trouble when I first arrived, my door would not lock (the dead bolt), but the staff sent maintenance to my room quickly and they fixed it. I had a really great three night stay.

Other than that my stay was great. Did not see very many big winners for a Saturday night tho. Room 528 sucks so for from the elevator made for lots of walking

Easy and convenient check in, good value, secure parking, clean comfortable room. I couldn’t get a luggage cart anywhere even after I asked - so I had to make a few trips to unload and load the gear I was traveling with. Would stay again.

Customer service was amazing! Staff was kind and courteous. Security guard held elevator doors for us. Made us happy to see such great service!

My A/C unit was so loud I could not sleep. I tried calling for service several times and nobody answered. I also tried calling for room service and nobody answered. I was forced to go downstairs and order dinner even though I was already for bed and wasn't planning on leaving my room.

basic room that was not cleaned properly and had 2 used towels on the floor of my shower No bottled water or even a snack was provided. Not even pay mini fridge. The front desk apologized profusely about the issues but i was never compensated for what money i paid for an un kemp room. Was looking forward to ordering room service and doing a little late night gambling. I had a room with a view of fireworks going from sundown to sun up. on one andwered ti calls to room service , not the front desk nor the kitchen. i tried calling on and off for almost 2 hours before they stopped room service and not one answer. So by the time i go down to mention it to the front desk th restaurants closed and the only thing open was worse than am pm food. Needless to say i basically ate vending machine food and gambled for an hour.The hotel wa beautiful but the staff and the service did not match up to the look You got warm bodies from walmart working a job that requires the ability to read. Just nonsense
