In addition to that, the toilet in our room was too close to the counter that one could barely sit on it! I informed Esteban at the desk that we could not stay here due to the smell being so over powering since I was unable to breathe. He did not say anything and did not seem to care one way or another. I informed him that unless they could accommodate in some way, I would be reflecting this in my review. We ended up having to make another reservation elsewhere and pay for two hotels which is outrageous. I will follow up directly with hotels.com. It was a very expensive weekend for us to have to pay for two hotels and only stay at one. Be warned if you have allergies or asthma or sensitivity to smells, this place wreaks of chemical cleaning products.

Clean, basic accommodations. Nothing particularly outstanding, but no negatives either. Worth a shot!

When I got to my room, I realized I forgot to get ketchup packets for my French fries at a fast food restaurant. Esteban at the front desk helped find some for me. Service!

Breakfast was decent, jacuzzi was hot, and the front staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The hot tub was not working and the staff told me about it and neglected to say it was not working.

Esteban is a gem! Hang on to him! All staff we encountered were very polite and knowledgeable. Nothing!

Not worth the money. It’s nice enough but they charge like they are brand new. Lots of signs everywhere threatening fines for various things. Pool was quite cold. Location was nice

Overall it was decent, room was clean. But you definitely could hear your neighbors t.v and sometimes hear them talking. Staff were friendly, parking was easy and it had other food options close to hotel.
