Stay as awesome. Room was really clean and quiet. Only issue is the drain in the shower. Water builds up pretty quickly. Maybe due to the large amount of water pressure.

The rooms could use coffee makers and a few pieces of silverware

The night staff was a bit rude. There were zero amenities. No shampoo/conditioner, no blow dryer. It was very noisy. I wished the first floor had curtains because the lights from the cars illuminated the room way to much making it hard to sleep. Way over priced for a low budget hotel. I will never stay at a ETA Suites again!

Johnnie was extremely helpful. The manager is very nice and helpful. I was in town teaching paramedics and this was a very convenient affordable place to stay. Highly recommended. Very safe. Thanks Johnnie!!!

Overall, the stay was okay, but there were several issues that made it less enjoyable than expected. Check-in was difficult due to not having a full-time front desk staff member available, the room had an unusual odor, and the property was extremely noisy throughout both nights. Between barking dogs and guests arguing late at night, it was hard to get much rest. The property has potential, but the overall experience could definitely be improved.

Clean room. No frills. Inexpensive. Nice staff.

Room was adequate and staff was kind. Water damage in bathroom and water gets everywhere. Also, no iron or hairdryer. Weird smell in halls and building.

The staff was rude and didn’t recognize my Ada service animals as service animals and made me pay per fees. She was so rude i wouldnt even hire her for a position dealing with customer. She should be in a position where she is as far away from customers as possible!! The room also was nasty and smelled and wasn’t clean.

Excellent trained staff, Helpful, accommodating and attentive to the needs of their guest! Love staying here when in need of a room . Professional and courteous. At all times!

The room was good for the night, it was clean and stocked and the beds were neatly made

N/a I didnt like the water pressure, it felt like the water could cut or break the skin, didnt like the fact that you have to pay to watch any TV. EVERYWHERE ELSE IVE BEEN ,THATS FREE

There was no toilet paper stocked. I had to go buy some. Television was not working.

Great staff

Very basic. My husband & I stayed one night as traveling thru on 11/26/25. I was exhausted and ill when we reached there. No shampoo. The staff was very pleasant. However I was charged twice for the night. Once by the booking agent and again at check in by the Extended Stay. The check in desk was closed in the morning when we left about 8. So was unable to address it then. I was ill for several days afterwards & was unable to address the twice billing. Still have not been reinversed.

Clean room, nice staff very accommodating. Like the kitchen in the room as well.

It relatively cheap. Not all of the employees know how to do their jobs ir even show up to the front desk when someone has been waiting for 10 minutes. Nor does that individual know that it is against Colorado state law and the fair housing act, to charge a guest pet rent, when the animal in question is a registered ESA. The rest of the front desk staff was great and accommodating and super friendly aside from the poor mannered individual.
