You have to request for housekeeping daily if you’re wanting room cleaned. Definitely could use an upgrade.

The room was very nice and spacious. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast had both hot and cold options which was great.

Didn’t seem to have adequate parking. Hotel was fine and choice hotels are usually a good options. Check-in was slow. Breakfast area was not kept up, dirty tables, items running out and no one around to restock. All in all it was ok.

Great for families for the price. Breakfast included eggs,sausage,waffle, assorted breads & bagel, cereal, yogurt and fruit. Good coffee. Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms and a pool.

The photos of the rooms were deceiving. The room smelled of urine and the baseboards and carpet around the perimeter had not been cleaned in some time. Some of the staff were accommodating, but one or two very unhelpful, so unfortunately that reflects poorly on the entire facility.

Check in was easy and the sweet woman at the front desk was wonderful. Our room was quiet and clean. It could use a bit of updating but it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the free breakfast was a nice extra.

Clean-great location for food and shopping-nice views-friendly staff-didn’t catch her name but the night shift lady was very nice and accommodating -give her a raise!! Rooms need some updating and I wish the heavy black out curtains covered the whole window. The breakfast was not the greatest, good coffee though

Nothing. Did not stay because hotel had given away my reserved and confirmed handicapped-accessible room. Everything.

The hotel was not clean. Staff was grumpy. Room was dirty. There was a pickle and other items under pull out bed. Trash cans hadn't been emptied. Not staying again.
