The breakfast was ok . Good air conditioning

Washroom needs door lock and bath tub is not clean

They have a lot of people living in rooms. Was woken up in the middle of the night from a screaming kid and the dad yelling. The pool was very dirty. We will never stay at a quality Inn again.

We kept our shoes on. There were bed bugs in both queen size beds. There was blood and bed bug larva laying around the rim of the mattresses. The TV remote did not work. The inside of the refrigerator looked old and stained and needs to be replaced. The tub mat was ripped and dirty and pulled back and you couldn't remove it fully to even wash under it. It was disgusting. There was black grime everywhere especially near corners of doors. The bathroom door plate was cracked and broken. The staff were vacuuming in the halls after 9 pm and they were yelling and talking way to loud. The breakfast was free but poorly setup and organized. Will never stay at this chain of hotels again. The first staff member we met when we checked in mumbled and was not friendly. She never smiled or even made eye contact. The guy we checked out with was at least was nicer and when he asked how our stay was I told him. He looked sad and not surprised. We had to debug before we could get in our car and we're glad we had only our change of clothes with us in that room. We centerilized our clothes and washed them immediately in hot water and dryer cleaned to not bring the bed bugs home with us. Disgusting and disappointing.

Great staff

Staff were super friendly. The entrance was clean and nice. The rest was ok ish. We went to the back entrance closest to my room. Patrons lefts tons of bags of trash there non stop. There is literally a camera facing it. Staff left it.Hall walls and carpet need to be refreshed. To have burns on your blanket in a non smoking hotel was awesome. Just added some jazz to the totally noticeable stains. The sheets were thicker than the stained towels. The tub was super clean. Don’t touch the nasty dirty walls while you’re squished up to them sitting on the toilet. If you’re tall or on the larger side good luck! The bathroom barely fits a five year old. Breakfast, if you like microwaved eggs and sausage. You definitely get what you pay for here. Ewww.

The inside is better than what the outside looks like. A little outdated but clean and great for the price

I liked leaving knowing I’ll never go back to place ever again. The whole stay was a nightmare. Very rude and instigating staff. Disgusting rooms, lack of care. The room 223 had a bottle of KY under one of the beds. There was only two towels in the room that we stayed in. Housekeeping never came any of the 4 days we stayed. Hallways smelled like marijuana. People fighting in the hallways past midnight. Only one door is completely locked and needs a key card to get in. The other two doors are always unlocked even though it says it’s a locked door. False hours posted for their pool. It says 10-10. When you ask the staff they tell you it’s actually 8-8. The staff is very rude. Customer service and empathy lack with this staff. Very unprofessional and not afraid to yell and curse at you. We’ll never waist our money on that place ever again. Even if it was the last place to stay on Earth.

We traveled as two adults and three children, and the hotel failed on multiple basics. To start, the Wi-Fi completely failed to work on any of our devices, which made things difficult right out of the gate. The room itself had serious cleanliness and maintenance issues. It smelled musty the moment we walked in, one of the beds was missing its base frame, and there was garbage left underneath it. In the bathroom, the bathtub faucet was completely loose from the wall, and the shower head leaked water everywhere when we turned the tub on. There was also no drain plug, making it a massive struggle to bathe our kids. On top of that, the pool area was overwhelmingly hot and smelled strongly of mildew. To wrap it all up, the rest of the staff were entirely unwelcoming. Because we are a family of five, we needed fresh towels. When we went to get them replaced, the staff on duty was outright rude to us—not just once, but twice. Between the broken Wi-Fi, poor room condition, and bad service, we will definitely not be staying here again.

Awesome rates plus close to my work project. Pubic restrooms were locked so i had to ask to be unlocked.

The location was ok for what we needed for our stay. The bed was horrible and felt broken. It felt like if you moved in the wrong way you would sink into the middle of it.

Breakfast was great. I was a little put off by the location, and the receptionist behind glass which made me feel unsafe about the area, but everything was fine. Hotel is between a gas station and a waffle house, and the parking lot is in poor repair. Every fixture was loose, from the sink faucet to the tub faucet and shower head. There was poorly repaired water damage above the toilet. The door knob for the bathroom was loose as well. There was a large gap in the main door to the hall letting air and light through. The lock did not feel like it completely engaged. Alarm clock power outlets were not operating.

Staff was decent Shady location, outdated, smelled like bleach. Didn't feel safe traveling with kids.
