The beds are hard. The pillows are flat. The staff will make no effort to help. Nothing is complimentary. Not even a cup of coffee. For the cost of the room choose somewhere else to stay. We were treated less than because we booked on a third party site LIKE THIS ONE!!!

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly. Everything was well kept and clean. We stayed here after a concert at Ruoff and it was definitely worth it.

Staff was friendly. Room was clean. It was disappointing to get charged an additional fee upon checking in. I read the terms and nowhere did it say there would be an additional charge. Also, the bed in our room was awful. For $300+ a night - one would expect a nicer mattress.

Very nice hotel. Staff was helpful and amenities were good. I was surprised there wasn’t a safe in the room. Otherwise great stay.

Room was clean with a beautiful view. They let us check in a few minutes early which was very nice. The staff was very friendly and polite. Love staying with Marriott!! Definitely worth it.

Clean room ,helpful staff , ample parking, Worked out great for us location wise. All things we wanted to visit were close by...like the Children's Museum and basketball games.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel was in a great location with many restaurants and shops in walking distance. My only complaint is that one of the elevators didn't work very well and the 1st. floor button didn't work, so if you wanted to go the lobby, you had to go to the second floor and take the stairs to the lobby, not a big deal unless you have your luggage with you. We were there for 3 days and still hadn't been fixed. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and or room was large enough to accommodate 5 adults comfortably.

Pullout bed was broken and no other options for accommodations were offered.

I never got to stay. The concert was moved and I sent a cancellation request and never heard back. I had tried to transfer and there were no rooms available. Now I wasted $150. Don’t book a room if you think you might have to cancel. Customer service sucks.
