Hotel is very well maintained, I only stayed overnight but it fully met my needs. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. Onsite free parking is also a huge plus.

The website says check out is at noon, but checkout is actually at 11:00. Even with those two issues, it was the perfect place to stay when attending the Fishers auditorium for a concert or event.

It's just the best hotel in the area. Close to shopping, tons of places to eat, you can walk across the street to Top Golf, it's like 5 minutes from Ruhoff for concerts. The staff is always nice, the breakfast is great and the cocktails at the bar at night are the best.

Had to cancel reservation due to family member going to the hospital and they wouldn’t refund our money. We have stayed here several times for nice little weekend getaways before. I know they have a policy for the refunds but couldn’t help it we had a family emergency.

The cleaning and kitchen staff. Every single person was so helpful. Although coffee was no longer being served, a very nice woman went to the kitchen and asked someone to assist and brew a cup of coffee. I did not get their names, but they are to be commended! The reservation process was confusing. Booked with booking.com and to add a day had to call direct. Despite calling and confirming ALL details in May and again the day before arrival so my daughter could check in ahead of me, when she arrived the reservation could not be found initially. Apparently, the Manager needed to be present. This WAS stressful!

The room over all was nice. The front desk staff was welcoming. Some lights in the room didn't work. The maids knocked on the door an hour early, and every 5 minutes after until check out. Ridiculous. The bar which was expensive, had no drink menu? The bar tender made zero suggestions. Was not overly friendly, just nice. If I'm paying Hyatt prices, I should have Hyatt service.

The rooms are worn down, water spots on sink and rusted areas that look like blood. I reserved 3 rooms for us, and our two boys families. They left and went somewhere else.

This is the only place we stay when visiting Fishers. The location is amazing, with great restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean, with nice views of the surrounding area. The staff have always been amazing and helpful.
