Very clean room. The hotel was nice and close to everything we needed.

The location The room we were originally given was supposed to be a queen bed, when I got to the room there was no queen bed. I was then told that all they had were queen beds and I told the lady that was not the case and that room 138, I believe, was a full not a queen. We were then give a room with two beds, room 121. The beds were hard. The room smelled funny. The air conditioner kept shutting off and I had it set to the lowest temp but it was still hot in the room. The shower head was rusty, the tub spout had caulking around it that was originally supposed to hold it in place but had broken and the spout moved around. There was only one trash can in the room. The lights above the bed didn't even work and the phone in the room didn't work.

Everything but the staff I interacted with. I'm a non smoker and accused of smoking in my room then charged 150 for it. Definitely not happy about this.

Breakfast was good. Check in area is good and clean. My room had several places that need to be fixed. Floors are uneven so the doors won't open all the way. Kitchen drawer won't close.

This was the worst expirence the room was old broken sink , roaches , bed was so bad linen dirty wrinkled room smelled horrible I took picture will be contacting corporate for refund very over priced as well.

The location First of all my room was not clean. There were stains on the sheets. Most important of all, I get woke up at 2:00 a.m. with something biting me on my ankles. I discovered bugs in my bed. Not saying that they were bed bugs but still something was there that shouldn't have been there biting me. I arrived late so I only had like 3 hours sleep. I brought it to the attendance attention and I even had one of the bugs with me and I showed him and he apologized and he said that there was no more rooms available. He said that he would put in for a full refund for my visit for the inconvenience. He said the owner is the only one that can do the refund and he won't be back for like 3 days. I waited 3 days. No one ever called me. So I called and I spoke to the owner and he refused to provide me a refund. He acted like he didn't believe me even though I had pictures and I showed his staff the bugs. He said thev had an exterminator come in and inspect and the exterminator did not see any bugs. He says since the exterminator did not see any bugs then he was not going to refund me my money. Even though I showed his staff and I have pictures! I am very unhappy, very unsatisfied and I will be contacting corporate to get this matter resolved properly.

She told us to be patient its being cleaned. We asked for a room that was ready she said no all booked. Then she came over 20 min later and gave us a different room.

Everything was great

We didn't get up in time for breakfast. Our room eas clean and comfortable. The location was nice. Well, we were welcomed by a sign that said that they would be back shortly that they were attending to another guest. We waited almost 15 min. There were 2 other guests waiting behind us. The man that finally came back to help us was dressed like he just rolled out of bed. Sweatpants, T- shirt, and flops on his feet. Outside our door entrance was spilled beer bottles. Also, the exit door was not closing enough to lock. Lastly, I booked the room early and included the fact that we were bringing a small dog. I was given my total for our 2 day stay via an email. When we arrived the young man added $50 dollars for the pet! Quite unexpected considering I had already been given my total for the stay.

The most disgusting, disgraceful “hotel” I’ve ever checked into. We didn’t even stay. What a waste. Horrible staff checking people in wearing a shirt with foul words on it. Would not refund us. Hair alll over the bedding & shower. Fumes were so strong. Kiss marks all over the mirror. Floors FILTHY. Bugs.

pretty location the room stunk like musty nasty . the bed was hard as a rock and the room was so cluttered i could hardly get in bed
