All is good

Couldn't wait to get out of there.

It was disappointing breakfast area, only served waffles, cold cereal, coffee, the yogurt was from Walmart very runny, also put out three bananas, and a few small oranges.

Rooms were not clean. And the housing staff walked in on me.

The staff was great. The room was clean and comfortable.

Quiet, clean, and the youngster at front desk was so helpful with every question we had Will definitely stayvagain and recommend.

Your pound outside is pretty with the ducks swimming around nice & peaceful. Although we were in a room that overlooked courtyard. We were kind of on the side of it so we had to twist to see it. The Price for how small the room was. I think I could have gotten a much better deal had I looked longer on line to find the Holiday Inn down the road form you. Next time I will compare more than I did. I was expecting more. I was disappointed. I guess that's my bad. Live & Learn as they say. Thank You

¡Excelente experiencia! Me hospedé tanto en Quality Inn como en Suburban Studios y mi estadía fue excelente en ambos. Quiero destacar especialmente a Junior en recepción. Su atención fue realmente excepcional de principio a fin. Siempre fue muy amable, atento, profesional y dispuesto a ayudar con cualquier cosa que necesitara. Se nota cuando una persona realmente se preocupa por brindar un buen servicio, y Junior definitivamente hizo una gran diferencia durante mi estadía. Para mí, es de los mejores empleados que tienen y merece muchísimo reconocimiento por su excelente servicio. ✨ También quiero reconocer a Mani, quien igualmente fue muy amable, servicial y profesional. Ambos hacen un excelente trabajo en recepción y hacen sentir muy bien atendidos a los huéspedes. El hotel se mantiene muy limpio, cómodo y agradable, y en general todo estuvo excelente. Como única sugerencia, sería ideal que el servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones pudiera realizarse con un poco más de frecuencia o facilidad durante estadías largas. Fuera de eso, todo fue excelente. Tuve una experiencia maravillosa y definitivamente volvería a hospedarme aquí. Un agradecimiento especial a Junior por su atención excepcional, y también a Mani por su excelente servicio. 🤍✨
