Overall, this was a really nice place. It was an older place that they remodeled so there’s still some older stuff. It looks like they’re fixing, but really nice and the person at the desk was very nice. The lady who cleaned the room was amazing overall would stay again.

This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The owners are incredibly rude and treat both their employees and guests with complete disrespect. Customer service is nonexistent, and it’s clear they care more about overcharging guests than providing a quality stay. The rooms are poorly maintained, cleanliness is not a priority, and management seems completely unconcerned about guest satisfaction. If you value your safety, comfort, and hard-earned money, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. There are far better options than this place.

Not a bad deal for the price. Definitely needs some updates

We were happily surprised at how clean this property was. The property is even bigger than it looks. The room felt a bit like a dorm room because it felt small. But you have your own private bathroom and kitchenette. I’d stay here again, 100%! And highly recommend. The young man who checked us in was so helpful and personable! I very much enjoyed the conversation we had! I wish I could remember his name, I know he was raised in Jamaica. He was so polite and kind. I feel like this is a hidden gem, especially for the price!

Customer service Too far

Room was too small for two queen beds. Each bed was next to the wall on one side, making it so you have to climb over another person to get out of bed. Did not realize that daily maid service was not offered. Room was clean and had been renovated this year, but the TV was not a smart TV, and had limited channels.

Okay

The front desk staff was kind and engaging at check-in. The rooms left much to be desired. No amenities in the room for coffee. Floor tiles cracked. Beds are uncomfortable and too small. The pillows were flat. No spare pillows or blankets. There is a very distinct odor throughout the building. It was okay for just one night.

Great

That was his reasoning. Did not change my room or blanket. Also had housekeeping trying to get in my room before check out time….

Great place to stay. I’ll be back soon.

Nothing at all. It was more of a “Trap House” than an hotel. I checked in and checked out 10 mins later. The hotels appearance was horrible, from the outside to the inside. Inside, smelled of crack cocaine and marijuana. Random people, prostitutes and drug dealers the rooms weren’t clean. Hanging light fixtures, dirty tubs, food stuck on surfaces, cigarette burn holes in the linens, stained mattresses. It was horrific. This hotel needs to be closed down and sold to a company that offers true HOSPITALITY.

I didn’t like a thing other than messing up our room and had to share a bed when we paid for a double room bed they were out of extra pillows and sheets?!! stayed for four nights and did not get any cleaning services or new towels. The papers they put on the counter say for longer stays they will go in for housekeeping on the third night but nothing was done. smelled like cigarettes every floor even though there are signs that smoking is not allowed.

Elevator was terrifying. Hallways stank. Breakfast was a joke. Outside entrance at far end of the hall from the office was NEVER locked. Room was not serviced and we had to take our used towels to the front desk for fresh towels.
