Holiday Inn Express Indianapolis-Fishers by IHG

2nd year staying here for Our Son's Work at Becknology. Great location, Friendly Staff and Awesome King Room ❤️

This was a clean, quiet hotel in a safe location (Fishers) near Indianapolis. The hotel is set away from I-69 so you don't get interstate highway noise. I would stay here again; the hotel is a good value.

Floors need redone in room. Better mattress on pull out bed. More than 2 sets of towels and 2 toilet paper rolls should be place in bathroom.

We were right across from the pool which was great for our kids. Staff was nice and helpful. Easy location. Quick to get to. When I booked the room it stated that 4 people could fit, that’s technically true, but when you’re on vacation you’d rather have the bed to you and your husband only. The pull out couch did not accommodate both my children like it said it would. It was a single bed. The bedding provided didn’t fit the pull out bed. When we left for the day and the room was supposed to be cleaned they made the bed, and picked up the towels. They didn’t sweep the floor which very clearly needed to be swept. Also, there weren’t enough towels for all 4 of us.

Convenience Elevator wasn’t working so I was given a handicap room

Staff was excellent. The Beds were comfortable.

Booking app said free cancellation and we went to cancel just minutes later once we saw that the Holiday Inn Fishers was in a questionable part of town, the entrance was in the rear of the building and the drapes in the windows were broken or missing. We would like a refund. See above.

The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and answered all my questions. The location was close to everything we needed.

The common space for breakfast was good and staff at breakfast was very friendly. Very difficult at check in as they could not find our reservation that was booked through Expedia.

Both staff members we spoke with were very nice and it was easy to check in and out. We didn’t try the breakfast but it smelled good. The room was very neat and there was nothing to complain about.
