Convenient location. Very clean. Will stay again.

We stayed for 5 nights while in Indy for a work conference. The hotel and room was clean, however much of the room's furnishings were "worn, old, and outdated". The couch in our room was so damaged and dingy that we asked for an extra sheet just to sit on it. The "office table" wobbled because of two loose legs. The AC didn't keep up well as the outside temps were in the 90's, so our room was warm throughout our stay. A big issue was the internet was slow and did not allow us to work efficiently on our laptops and the tv buffered constantly so we just didn't use it. The beds and pillows were good. Shower pressure was nice. Breakfast had a good variety and the lobby was clean. I would definitely NOT stay here again (especially for the price) as there seemed to be MANY other hotel options in the area. Other people who attended our conference stayed elsewhere for less money and had great hotel experiences...

We rented two rooms, one being the jetted tub room the jets were used and sludge came out of the jets my friend who was staying in that room notified me in the morning about the issue as we were packing up for checkout I brought it to the front desk and they were apologetic and gave me a number to contact the manager I left a message and was told they’d follow up with me after not receiving a call back I called and was told that the manager was in meetings and that I could try emailing. It’s a little frustrating to have room issues and then be told I have to play phone and email tag to try and get ahold of the manager.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very nice as well. Although we didn't swim, the pool area looked nice and clean. Breakfast was a little skimpy, so we grabbed coffee and went out for breakfast. The employees were very nice and courteous. The area felt safe and there were a ton of restaurants around.

Certainly doable and nothing out of the ordinary. Was good for a busy weekend and staff was friendly and helpful. Beds and pillows, were not the most comfortable and the linens a bit worn. Good location - no complaints.

During breakfast there is nobody in the kitchen. Often there are no plates available, or utensils or syrup for pancake. Nobody replenishes what's been used.
-
The breakfast was standard breakfast buffet stuff, but they rotated it a bit each day, so it didn't get too boring.

Thank ya'll we had a amazing time

Guest men’s room wasn’t cleaned for 4+ days

Pool could have been cleaner, overall was a decent hotel
-
Room could use a refresh. There was a huge crack in the window and scuffs on the walls. The chair in the room was dingy, but beds were clean and comfy. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Only few options for breakfast
-
Nice bed, AC cranked and the breakfast was one of the better free hotel breakfasts.

I liked the woman who checked me in even though there was no one at the desk when I arrived and the bell was hidden behind signs. The pillows, they were very small. I have never been to any hotel with small square pillows like that. I didn’t like the fact that the coffee machine and ice bucket were in arms length from the toilet. I didn’t like that I did get a check out receipt and, again, had to wait for someone to come near the desk and just told me to put my key card in a bowl.

Great area
-
I was annoyed because we arrived early knowing I was going to artist
-
Housekeeping upon request. Had to ask for towels
-
The staff was helpful for checking in and out, provided more towels in the morning, and the breakfast was good! Overall good experience and would book again!
-
TV streaming was poor, locking up frequently. Bathroom/tub had no grab bars; this is strongly recommended for us seniors.

Staff was great
