Best Western Fishers/Indianapolis Area

Sam at the front desk was wonderful. We would stay here again.

Best thing about this hotel was that the ice machine worked perfectly. Hotel is extremely dated. Desk chair was broken and pull out couch was tattered. We couldn’t use either to sit on. Bath towels were basically rags. Staff was very nice but I would consider all other options before staying here as a last resort.

The couch had rips in it

Our room had a iron burn mark in the rug,the couch was ripped and there was no way to turn the fan off in the bathroom,very loud. Also no coffee at breakfeast or after breakfast. No one at the front desk to ask.

Solid place to stay…clean, nice beds, good atmosphere

Staff was nice, breakfast was not great compared to other hotels, the pillows were extremely small, the couch was very broke down and old, I would give it a 3 compared to others.

The property is located within walking distance of restaurants and stores. The breakfast options are convenient and offer multiple options. Clean property and friendly staff. A nice place to stay if looking for a budget-friendly place. The pull-out sofa mattress was not comfortable due to its age. The separate sleeping area needs a mirror and lighting when the bathroom is occupied.

Check in was fast. Room was very nice, pillows are wonderful! Your cleaning staff deserves a raise, our room and the entire facility was very clean! Good breakfast too.

Unable to connect with any cable or streaming networks. Called the desk who was no help at all!!

Nice room, clean, good breakfast

The hotel was clean We tried to go swimming but there were a big group of adults out there drinking alcohol and kids running around with wet towels smacking each other with them. We couldn't swim because of it.

Comfortable hotel, spacious rooms, variety of channels, nice selection of breakfast items and nice sitting area downstairs. easy to get to and didn't have to get back on 69 to get to where we needed to go. We stayed two nights. while the breakfast was very good, there was no one seeing that things were refilled. Both days all coffee flasks were empty when we came down, one morning ran out of paper plates, and scrambled eggs needed to be refilled. this was a little frustrating because the variety of breakfast options was one of the reasons I chose best Western for my family. And the person who made more coffee was manning the desk and was busy there also,

This hotel was nice. It was clean and the breakfast was decent. The front desk was very helpful. The bathroom could use some handles because the toilet was a bit low and older people may have a bit of trouble getting up and out of the tub.

The staff was very accommodating with a last minute reservation, but the room was dated and not very clean.
