Nice stay and good location

Staff was friendly, when we got our room it smelled like cigars

The hotel was super clean. The staff were so nice, even though I was grumpy when I got there. No funky stale smells either. :) My only dislike is more on me than y'all. The elevator was sooooo slow. I am just impatient and couldn't find the stairs to get down faster.

The person who checked me in was super friendly. The only issue we had were with the door to the bathroom and the shower door. The door going into the bathroom barely slid closed. The door in the shower wouldn't stay closed. Parking sucked.

Clean. Small bar that serves food. Convenient location at least for my stay. Bubbas 33 right next to property. Has pool and small workout room but I didn’t use. Staff I interacted with were all friendly.

Things that were great: room was clean, well stocked, and quiet. Location was convenient, staff was friendly, and the hotel was updated and modern. Despite the small issues we would definitely stay here again.

I really liked the room and I was on the first floor by the side door and the pool. I didn't get a chance to try the spa or the fitness facility but I will on my next visit. The bed was comfortable and the fridge, microwave and coffee maker were nice touches. I really don't have any negative take aways from my stay.

The only thing that I didn't like was the lighting in the bathroom to shave by was terrible. They need to change it up so a guy can see to shave 🙄

The day staff was excellent, professional, friendly and responsive to my needs. The lobby area was well kept. I had to remain in my room during the morning due to some work I was doing. I left the cleaning staff know they could clean the room a little later. They never bothered to return. No trash emptied, no dirty towels removed and the bed remained undone. Also, the night crew let the trash can in the lobby area get to full and no one bothered to empty it. The overnight crew just did not appear to be as conscientious as the day crew.

I already sent rating information for the worst Hilton I have ever stayed within. Living on towels from the shower to the bedroom, to prevent slipping on the floor was very bad. Ironically, after I had gone to get 7 towels to lay out (the staff member from the front desk followed me to see what was wrong) across the floor, later I went by the front desk and a couple was telling the person they did not have HOT water! The wife asked if I had that, which I did. I had a drain that was not working properly.
