The bedding was old and had frays all over

Check in and out was easy, breakfast was good. Pillows were a bit small and odd.

I had an emergency and wasn't able to check into the room and my card was still charged! And when I tried to cancel the room before, it wouldnt allow me to. Thats just wrong and im VERY unhappy!

Beds were comfortable and clean Chemical smell was so strong in lobby and rooms. Not sure what cleaning agents they use but it burnt my nose and made my eyes water. For close to $600 for 2 nights I could barely be in the hotel. We had to keep our AC on the entire time just to be able to be in room and at breakfast I had to eat elsewhere due to the cleaning chemical smell in lobby. At least it was clean I guess.

I like that the staff was accommodating with our requests for an early check in, adjoins rooms and that one room be handicap accessible. They were stingy with supplies (towels). We had three people in one room and four in the other. Both rooms were short towels. I asked for one room and went back to ask for the other room and the clerk said.”didn’t you just get towels?” Both rooms were short.

Everything was fine. No issues, no problems. Breakfast was pretty good. Older facility, but kept reasonably fresh.

Everything was great and convient. However, the only downfall for me was the continental breakfast. There weren't many options or either it wasn't set out in time and was arriving downstairs about 8:00 each morning. I was rather bummed about that. Other than that, the stay was great.
