We enjoyed our one night stay! Very kind and helpful staff and a delicious breakfast with many options! I will say the only down side to the trip was incredibly noisy guests that were screaming and playing loud music until 2am.

Decent location Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Check in was @3- arrived @4:15 and still had to wait for our room. We had plans- we were late due to the room not being ready.

I had a problem accessing the normal cable TV in the room. It wanted me to connect to and download an app. We got in late and I just wanted to relax. The hotel Missed the mark with me on that. Paid very well for the room. Unfortunately, more than I had anticipated when I clicked on the room. The room was nice but normal for a room at a nice hotel with the amount for the room I assumed there would be a bath tub.The shower was nice but not defined in description that I noticed

Very nice hotel with a lot of things to do nearby. Only a 16 minute drive to the Ruoff music center.check in was a breeze. Specifically our bathroom the rubber seal on the shower door was worn and water leaked all over bathroom floor. It was hard to keep water from getting out even with a lot of towels, definitely a fall risk anyone. Another really annoying thing is the way to stream your own shows to your tv was so annoying and took like 15 min to attempt to get it to work. Never even worked. I ended up just trying to find a show on the guide and that was even a challenge to try and get too. Not sure if remote wasn’t working properly or user error. Overall nice stay would book again

The room was great. Clean. Modern. Very comfortable. We ate dinner there and breakfast. Dinner was really good, try the Brussels sprouts!! Breakfast was pretty standard hotel breakfast, but it was better than average. Would certainly stay there again next time I am in town.

The location is near walkable restaurants and shopping. It is very close to IKEA and Top Golf. Wonderful area!

I liked having a separate area for the kids to sleep. Also, the bathroom being attached to the king bed so we didn’t wake up the kids to use the bathroom during the night There was hair in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator. Also, no makeup wipe

Location is convenient and our room had a kitchenette and that was sooo helpful. The view was parking lot. Nothing they can do about it just a little boring. They also don’t have food network?!
