Great location and nice rooms. Minor issues with the tv service in the room but the staff helped as best they could.

The location was great as we were attending a concert at the Ruoff Center. The staff was very helpful and diligent. Our room was very clean and spacious. The only downside was the breakfast was not very edible and the coffee was horrible.

I stayed here with my husband and children as we wanted to stay a night in Indy to visit the zoo and children's museum. Although it's a little outside of the city it was a perfect location. We enjoyed the indoor pool and breakfast. Room was very clean and the hotel was as well.

The room at this Hyatt had a broken phone in it and the fabric was torn on the sofa couch. We had to request linens for the sofa couch and that took a while to receive which made it tough to go to bed after a late arrival n check in. The shower door to my cousins toon did not stay shut when taking a shower n the breakfast was less than mediocre. The cost of a nights stay is not consistent with the poor quality of the room. I would not recommend family or friends stay here in the future.

Great place to stay for concert at Ruoff and close to many restaurants! The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. My only complaint was that the carpet felt dirty and gummy.

Second time at this hotel and it didn’t seem as spacious as the first time. The ice maker wasn’t working and the TV service/internet could be sped up. Overall, it was a good stay with lots of room in the suite. Beds were comfy and it seemed like the hotel did a nice job of cleaning. Small pool, but the workout room had a lot of options with enough space to fit 8 to 10 adults. The breakfast could use a change as it wasn’t any different from the breakfast the year before, when we stayed at the hotel. For the price, I don’t think it was worth it. If we stayed at this hotel again we will just stay in a regular room.

The electrical outlets on the nightstands were so loose that they didn’t maintain power for phone charging for more than about 10 seconds.

We had a king suite - room was so nice- we used the living area to relax and kitchen for snacks & drinks. It was so nice to have the extra space in our room. Also - hotel is located by many great restaurants - we really enjoyed the speakeasy. Only downside side was the hotel breakfast - not sure where they got the worst eggs, tasteless sausage and weird potatoes. All is amazing if you skip the breakfast.
