I loved this hotel. The front desk staff was super friendly and funny. Loved the decor and train theme throughout the hotel. Perfect location for a concert at the Event Center. Would recommend.

Everyone looks wonderful. The room was beautiful except the storm that hit, but the staff was able to make accommodations and extended our stay. It was a wonderful place.

Our Family enjoyed the unique theme of the Hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was cleaner than any room I have stayed in recently.

This hotel was great, the room was clean, staff was always welcoming, the restaurant and lounge was a plus and the outside patio was comfortable. The only issue I had was the water pressure to the shower was lack luster, and it was rough getting the soap and shampoo to rinse off. The surrounding area was real nice as well. Lots of places to eat and shop within walking distance if that your thing. I would definitely stay here again.

The experience is always wonderful. In this case, there was a computer glitch that delayed our ability to check in. Staff did everything they could to accomodate our needs in the meantime. Friendly and welcoming. We love staying here.

Incredible hotel! Clean, new, great amenities! Front desk staff were INCREDIBLE!! Room was very clean and spacious (stayed in King room). Quiet and comfortable. Will stay again and HIGHLY recommend. Close to stores, restaurants, coffee shops, highways!

Exceptional quality and service. Better than Iron Works Hotel which is close in proximity and similar setup.

Clean. Room cleaning was poor. Beds not neatly made and no clean glasses provided. In room amenities were sparse.

Very nice hotel, wonderful staff and great area. Walkable to Nickel Plate Amphitheater. Would love to stay again!
