The Room: Spotless and beautifully maintained. You could tell the housekeeping team takes immense pride in their work because the room was impeccably clean, fresh, and comfortable from the moment we walked in. The Staff: Incredibly welcoming and attentive. Every single staff member we encountered went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, always greeting us with a genuine smile. The Bar/Restaurant: The hotel bar has a fantastic atmosphere, excellent drinks, and great energy. It was the perfect spot and we ate lunch the day we checked out. It was also wonderful. The Parking: Stress-free and convenient. Having easy, secure parking available made checking in and exploring the area entirely seamless. The Verdict: Between the stellar service and top-notch amenities, this hotel gets a perfect score from us. We will definitely be staying here again!

Inside was beautiful, rooms were very spacious and the view was amazing from our room! Our air vent didn’t work in the bathroom, when we would shower it would get foggy. Our room was directly connected to another room, but that wasn’t much of an issue since we could lock the door that connected it.

Clean, beautiful common areas and room. Swanky bar area with outside seating and firepits. Loved it all.

My husband and I loved the look of the room. I loved the water machines. The parking was great. The people were wonderful and friendly.

The hotel was beautiful. Located close to everything, extremely clean and the beds weee comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

The decorating was all related to the Nickel Plate railroad. Very nice!

The food was mediocre at best. Great atmosphere but felt the food did not meet expectations at all. They need a better menu with fresher, better prepared food. Pork tenderloin felt processed and dry. Shrimp cocktail felt not fresh and sauce was mostly ketchup. Buffalo dip was pretty good. The chips were the best thing on the menu. Bar staff was nice but not very attentive.

Great property. I paid extra for breakfast, but the hotel had no clue about it, but took care of it for us. I’d be careful about prepaying through Expedia

Did not eat the breakfast but drinks were great. Location is awesome! Nothing everything was fantastic!

Hotel Nickelate is a winner in our book! Loved the aesthetic, the cleanliness and the staff was super accommodating.
