Best Western Plus Flint Airport Inn & Suites

Where do I start? The front desk employee was complaining about not being able to take her kids to see fireworks, but then admitted a fellow employee picked up her shift so they could. We were permitted 2, and only 2, bath towels. Similarly, we were permitted 4 extremely small pillows, and only 4. The pool was dominated by children. There were vehicles coming and going all night. The property is beat up. We will never stay here again.

Staff was nice

My mother and I were having some issues creating our boarding passes and the front desk agent Maya was extremely helpful. I wanted to give her a special thanks. I am a retired hotel manager myself and I know that great staffing can go a long way to giving the guests a great experience. I hope to return in 2 years and I also hope that Maya will still be there to check me in.

The room was very tired. There were 3 light bulbs burned out or broken switches. The cheap coffee maker made coffee I would never drink. The towels were old and ugly. The drain in the tub had a ton of rust around it. It is just tired. Ironically, it is called BEST Western. Ummm... not! Not even close to being the best in the west, east, north or south. The owner needs to invest money back into their business.

I checked I to a dirty room. They had no other room available. They refused to clean the current room. Used razor, food on floor, no counters wiped, pair of socks on table. Manager was unavailable and we needed a place to rest. Went to the pool and was told there were towels in the pool area. There went any clean according to front desk because house keeping didn't have time to wash them. As we were swimming in pool another person had stool stuck to them that was not theirs. Next morning woke up to hundred of aunts and they blamed us. But our room was dirty upon arrival.

The only thing that was not fun was the pool and hot tub were contaminated, not the fault of the hotel or staff. People need to do better. Ugh!

Staff helpful, stay went smooth and nothing to complain about entire 3days spent there.

Our first room had a toilet leak and loose shower curtain rod. Management did find us another room. Changing rooms was a bit frustrating. Staff were very helpful. My husband ate the provided breakfast and said it was good. Like the location of the hotel.

Everything was ok

Room clean? Not so much! Bed had stains, microwave, dirty! Smoke detector had to be replaced immediately when I got in room was going off

Nice stay

Fulfilled all our needs in a convenient location.

Traffic noise on east side of building quite loud.

The staff was the best and always helpful and great help with every concern. The phone did not work, the bathroom sink would not drain, the toilet seat was loose and moved when you sat on it.

There was food left in the fridge and stunk up the room. They also did not have any extra pillows.
