They are currently remodeling the property which is nice! I could on and off hear cars on the freeway and doors slamming was loud

bed when checking in i was told i would have to pay 150.00 for mytwo small dogs which was non refundable i was upset thats extra 300.00 i was told it had just started and i said i was not aware of this fee when i booked so i did not have to pay and no free coffee had to pay there was lot remolding inside and out of building

Room remodel This hotel was undergoing construction, the front had scalping materials out front, at first I did not think they were actually open.

The room is say the bed and the dressers storage The parking lot the exterior the restaurant was closed except breakfast which you paid for horrible food. No gym in the hotel not even a treadmill. The ice machines only worked on one floor. The front door was the only door the keys worked on

Everything you'd expect out of a nice Hotel franchise chain was available. Unusual not to have a continental morning breakfast. The coffee supplied was decent.the tv remote a little hard to figure out if your not familiar with that particular one.

Horrible parking lot, construction had the bistro closed-no coffee, old air unit-wouldn’t turn off, kept running.

Property was in a renovation...all things considered...never really knew the workers were there. My stay was very good however...sorta missed the bar n restaurant being open but I survived just fine.

the bed They lost power on night 3 of my five night stay. No back-up plan, no generator. They offered me a flashlight. The stairwell was pitch black and it was not. safe environment so I left. My door wouldn't electronically lock. They could not relocate me eithe

The room was clean. The newly renovated room seems ok. I noticed near the sink it was cuts a little rough around the edges and not clean finish. But it was alright for staying just one evening. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I was thinking that breakfast was included . But not hotel was in the middle of Reno dirty . the room was nice though.. floor was need of a good scrubbing

Driveway in was flooded and blacktop in one area all chewed up. Hotel under remodel and will be beautiful. Staff all great and so friendly

Location only It was dirty, the room smelled like an animal had been in there, chipped paint, night stands had hair on them room overall was dirty!!!

That we were able to get a cab driver. We didn’t have a refrigerator.
