Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. But the motel was run down, turned on the light/exhaust fan was very loud, no telephone to call the front desk, elevators sounded like they needed some maintenance. They are upgrading the outside landscape, but nothing inside. That's all I got.

Room was not cleaned when I arrived, found half drank bottles of water with the caps off, makeup on the floor, hair on the floor and the bathroom sink didn’t drain.

Staff was amazing and accommodating the only issue I had that the renovations were still going on after such an extended time. Otherwise I would definitely return to this facility.

The property was under construction while I was there. The staff was professional and nice. I understand that construction happens, but perhaps they could have planned it a little batter so that guests were to a construction site on the first floor. The water I was cool in the shower and didn’t really heat up much, and when we turned on the AC unit it waded this loud humming noise the entire time it was on. It was pretty aggravating. But overall the stay was ok and did what it needed to do. The room was clean and well maintained and we appreciate the ability to stay.

This hotel is currently undergoing a remodeling. Our room had recently been remodeled and was very clean and nice. Other parts of the hotel were under remodeling or were very old and dated. Everything seems to be headed in the right direction for this hotel and when they finish the renovations, it should be a very good experience top to bottom.

That it seems to be under renovations I didn't even stay. I walked in saw my room that was not clean and smelt and walked back out!

They are remodeling. The lobby area is clean and looks good. The hallways are dirty with construction debris. The rooms are very dated and not in good condition. The mattresses are poor. The couch bed was badly stained and there was dirt under the couch cushions. There was no toilet paper holder. The tv remotes were cracked and had no battery covers. No smart tv’s. Carpet smelled moldy.Bad internet service. The breakfast and that area was good.I never saw a Residence Inn like this. The staff was minimal and nice.

Great place to stay In the middle of remodeling and it looks great. Only issue was stove half worked and There was No TV remote but they provided us one and we understand about the stove they are working on remodeling Would definitely stay there again

Separate bedrooms The room was small and dirty walls and doors dirty in bathrooms looked like smeared poop pull out bed was filthy and full of old soiled lining and matress look like poop or blood was on it. The floors were tapped up with electric tape. the stove didn’t work only smoked and gave off bad smell. The pool was closed so my family couldn’t make use of that. And the breakfast was cold and wasn’t enough to feed 3 people. Couldn’t get accommodated for horrible room and over charged. And the room stinked bad. No dead bot lock on door
