We were really disappointed with the room change due to the remote not working. They didn’t offer any sort of discount

We had a reservation for 2 queen beds but only received a king bed. We had 4 adults and it was not a comfortable stay but they did try to make it work with a trendle bed. There was a event and they were booked with no free rooms.

the pool. my kids loved the waterslide hate to write this bc everyone has an "off night or 2" but The Swampers restaurant food was bad 2 nights in a row......burnt and way over salted.....we didn't send it back bc we don't like to complain....but it wasn't good both nights. On the positive side their breakfast was good and the service was good.

Restaurant and bar area is fantastic. Pool is excellent. Everyone you encounter is friendly and helpful

All of it was excellent. Highly recommend anyone needing a break to go there. Pool was awesome. Room was great. The grounds were beautiful. Will be back

We have been going to this resort for 6-7 years. They did a Reno last year and the rooms are nice, however cleaning in the common areas is not what it could be. The other change is allowing visitors a day pass to the pool area on July 4 made it so crowded that it wasn’t enjoyable. Also, the communication between lobby staff and room service is not good at all. 2 mornings our room service order was not received by room service wait staff.

Staff has no sense of urgency or even seemed like they wanted yo be there. No manager present, really portly run restaurant.

This is a nice resort for Northern Alabama. Has everything you need and is close by a bunch of good places to eat. The view of the dam is pretty good. The food and atmosphere at the in hotel restaurant is good.

Quiet rooms, great food options, a very nice getaway.

Everyone and everything was great.However for the money we paid ,I think breakfast should be supplied.Less luxurious hotels offer a buffet breakfast in with the costs.Over $300-$400 for one night should qualify for built in breakfast.

I always enjoy the entertainment at Swampers. There was nothing about my stay I didn't like. Everything was top notch!
