Staff was very kind and helpful

Close to a museum so ask for the 4th floor to avoid the children stomping, rolling chairs and running back and forth above you. Out of their control but they had a large water leak. Water in entire hotel had to be turned off, pool was out of order for part of our stay and there was a huge leak in the middle of the lobby. No bathrooms, no pool and no water was no good! Breakfast was 5/10 but close to 9am they stopped restocking food items- even though there were multiple guests still trying to eat. Ending on a good note- the staff was EXCELLENT at the front desk as well as the room attendants. Gym was nice. Rooms were cozy.

Fabulous location with lots of options for food. Extremely clean lobby and room. Very happy with our stay.

Some unexpected perks were the following: The room comes with a set of silverware, glasses, mugs, plates, and a toaster which made our visit feel more like home. The hotel is in the pathway to an airport, but the sound of planes were unnoticeable unless we looked for them. This hotel allows dogs. We typically avoid these types of hotels because of animal noises, but we didn't hear any.

Saying that, I want to say I was a little disappointed in the bed situation. The pillows were horrid. I didn't sleep much all night. I got up in the middle of the night and ended up folding up a bath towel and one of the blankets to put under my head. The bed was not the usual comfortable bed either. I didn't mention this when checking out because the front desk couldn't do anything to fix these issues. My husband's pillows were the same mess. We'll bring our own from home next trip.

The breakfast was outstanding. Fresh, delicious and 10/10/ The hotel and property overall are very safe- and as a female travelling alone, this is a huge factor in how I choose properties to stay at. It was safe, well-lit, and I did not worry about my safety. The room was enormous and extremely clean. I loved it and will stay here again, guaranteed.

Loved the room!! Absolutely perfect for families with kids. The breakfast had a decent variety. The pool temp was great too. We had a happy stay!

The breakfast was accommodating except for the woman that was helping everyone was extremely rude. She was snippy to have to do anything and you best believe she turned the dining room lights off at 9:00am, even though there were still people coming down and getting in line. The second evening we stayed we had planned to stay elsewhere but had overall had a very good experience on the first, except waking up that first morning and the pool being completely emptied. The amenities seem to have lost their sparkle. Checkout is at noon promptly and the pool wasn’t going to be full until after we checked out. We first chose the room because it offered a kitchenette, but when we arrive, there’s not any way to prepare any meal other than a microwave that didn’t get hot. I finally went and asked the front desk for like a hot plate or something to use. They gave us one that kept giving us an error message. The outside gas grills - no one could figure out how to ignite- and we didn’t even learn of those until the second day we stayed there. We spent 90% of our stay trying to figure out how to feed my kids and running in between floors trying to get something that worked in our favor. Also- I’ve never stayed in a hotel that didn’t have their own Netflix account. We could stream like 4 live channels, so that was not awesome. I don’t know if I’ll give them another opportunity to steal my money.

The extra sink and medium size refrigerator/freezer is big deal for us. Nice bed with good mattress and good breakfast. When we travel Home 2 Suites is our preferred place to stay.

What I love about this property was it was so clean and daily room service. The continental breakfast was to die for, along with all the breakfast drinks and coffee, hot chocolate, tea,etc. The staff was polite and friendly and the manager was visibly friendly.

Was very nice and clean. Breakfast was okay. Pool was not warm for a heated pool so that was disappointing.

When I this area, I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Room is spacious and everything strategically placed for convenience. Love this place.

Up to date facility. Clean bedroom and spacious. Shower was lovely. Breakfast was hot and filling. Would stay there again!
