Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Florence/Cincinnati Airport

The Lady at the front desk gave me problems with my service dog think she was a dog hater they have big sign no animals allowed We ended up leaving the Lady gave us such a hard time. I say stay away from that place.

Nothing. Dirty sheets and bed, saw small cockroaches and have been contaminated with bed bugs. Have picture proof. Very disappointed. Nothing as mentioned above

The staff was very nice The bathroom door would not close there was no soap in the shower. Found little roaches in the bathroom

Had a great stay.

Staff was incredibly friendly. Ice machine, didn’t work. There was no coffee maker or mini fridge in the room. Breakfast selection was poor.

When I informed the person who checked me in about the room condition she did not seem surprised at all and stood ready to check me out. This hotel should be reported to the local health agency! I am not sure if what I saw were bed bugs.

When we reported this to the front desk, no other rooms were available so we canceled and booked elsewhere. While the cancellation was easy, the clerk didn't acknowledge the problems, offer an apology, or seem surprised—implying these issues are routine. This experience makes us very hesitant to book with Microtel or Wyndham properties again.

Staff was very nice; however, the lobby and hallways smelled like cigarettes, but thankfully my room did not. Strong water pressure was a plus. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay; it was super close to Walmart and restaurants.

None The room was filthy, not only were the towels dirty but we only had two. Roaches crawling on walls. Dead roach legs stuck to bathroom walls where they were squashed and never cleaned off. Gross bathroom. Carpet looked disgusting. Place reeked of weed. The whole family is itching and have random bug bites. It was ridiculously loud. We were on the second floor and the ceiling was vibrating from running and stomping from the people upstairs. I walked downstairs to ask for more towels and was told we had to wait until the morning when housekeeping was there. The deadbolt on the door didn't work.

Location was good, we booked a queen suite, get there and it wasn’t available so they gave us a suite with two queen beds. Well the one bed near the air unit we couldn’t sleep in cause the air conditioning unit was leaking and had the entire floor near it wet. Told staff and no one came up, plus check in was at 3 and the room wasn’t ready till close to 4. Other than that it was a big enough room

I do not recommend staying here unless you're a smoker. There were clothes in the bottom of the closet. Only one window lock worked and the other was missing. Obvious lack of upkeep.

The lobby reaked of cigarettes and wasn’t that clean we got to the room and it horrendous and nothing like the picture. Smelled of mildew and cigarettes, cut the bathroom light on and the bathroom was really dirty and just gave motel. I wouldn’t have been surprised if a roach started crawling out when I cut the light on. Won’t be recommending to anyone!

15 min away from creation museum. breakfast can be better, didn't even have eggs on it, "100% smoke free" actually smells from the entrance, even the room has the smoke detectors unistalled, rooms not ready by the arrival time and air inside really heavy.
