Disappointed.

Desde la entrada los empleados las facilidades los cuartos el area de “desayuno” todo sucio asqueroso. Mal olor a cigarillo marihuana y humedad que me dio alergia nasal al punto que me tuve que ir 15 horas antes y tuve que irme a otro hotel. En el supuesto desayuno no habia syrup para los pancakes el queso crema estab acido o sea alli no habia quien comiera. Alli lo que habia hospedado eran deambulantes. Que conste que coji este hotel por las fotos y debo aceptar que me estuvo raro lo barato. De verdad que fue extremadamente desegradable y tuve que dormir en esa asquerosidad ya que habia viajado mas de 13 horas y estaba sumamente agotada.

This hotel is horrendous

Fue horrible todo sucio, olor a cigarro , cucarachas. No lo recomiendo. El servicio muy malo

The room was cheap and worked well for one night after a long haul flight.

Loaded with coackaroachs and bed bugs!!! Disgusting! Walked in and walked right back out. As soon as you enter room roachs climbing the walls. And the check in there is dead roaches on the floor. Should be shut down!!!

Good location staff was good the only thing they could do better is cleaning the rooms better like under the bed

The room needs to be updated. The linoleum had holes in it. The air conditioner leaked. The patching in the bathroom wasn’t completed. The shower rod had a penny holding it in place which did nothing to keep the curtain in place.

Nice place. Breakfast just what I needed

One of the worst hotels in the world; even a single star is too generous. There is mold everywhere—especially in the bathroom—along with a smell of mold or fish in some rooms, and cockroaches and insects in all of them. As for breakfast, the coffee is cold, the juice is tasteless, and the cake is stale and dry; there are so many terrible things about this awful hotel.

Nothing like the pictures and there was bugs as well and we barely had room service though it was a weekend but other places still have room service during the weekends so idk but it was an ok experience

Horrible, moldy, roaches, expired food. Do not recommend

The property smells like cigarettes, upon entering the room we observed roaches and promptly left the property.

Parents with kids should be prioritized on the first floor. They were running back and forth above of our room. We were tortured with sounds thumbing on the ceiling stressfully. It's ruined our experiences with this hotel. Secondly, the ice maker doesn't work. No plastic cups and an ice tub in our room. Our bathtub made loud cracking sounds as we stepped on it. Maybe we were torturing guests in the room below us. Maybe it's time for the whole building is demolished to rebuild a new one.

Not like the pictures at all. The first room we got had mold on the walls. The staff was nice and helpful and moved us rooms. The second room had water on the floor from the AC leaking and mold on the sheets. Also a keycard under the sheets which was not ours. We got moved to a third room which was clean but smelled like cigarettes ( it’s supposed to be non smoking but the whole hotel smelled like it) but we stayed in that one, we ran to the dollar store to buy some air freshener. The breakfast was just bread and waffles, which is okay we didn’t expect more.

I had a bed to sleep in The hotel smelled like cat urine in the hallways. Had to wait 26 minutes before someone came to the desk for us to check in, the bathroom had mould above the shower/tub on the ceiling, the beds were pure springs and the floors were wet. Carpet and tile were damp and made our socks and feet wet when we walked.
