Horrible, moldy, roaches, expired food. Do not recommend

The property smells like cigarettes, upon entering the room we observed roaches and promptly left the property.

Parents with kids should be prioritized on the first floor. They were running back and forth above of our room. We were tortured with sounds thumbing on the ceiling stressfully. It's ruined our experiences with this hotel. Secondly, the ice maker doesn't work. No plastic cups and an ice tub in our room. Our bathtub made loud cracking sounds as we stepped on it. Maybe we were torturing guests in the room below us. Maybe it's time for the whole building is demolished to rebuild a new one.

Not like the pictures at all. The first room we got had mold on the walls. The staff was nice and helpful and moved us rooms. The second room had water on the floor from the AC leaking and mold on the sheets. Also a keycard under the sheets which was not ours. We got moved to a third room which was clean but smelled like cigarettes ( it’s supposed to be non smoking but the whole hotel smelled like it) but we stayed in that one, we ran to the dollar store to buy some air freshener. The breakfast was just bread and waffles, which is okay we didn’t expect more.

I had a bed to sleep in The hotel smelled like cat urine in the hallways. Had to wait 26 minutes before someone came to the desk for us to check in, the bathroom had mould above the shower/tub on the ceiling, the beds were pure springs and the floors were wet. Carpet and tile were damp and made our socks and feet wet when we walked.

No 1 thing What is shown in picture of the rooms is not at all what you will get. There was no refrigerator or microwave, rooms were nasty the sheets had burn marks toilet didn’t want to flush, bathroom fan sounded like it was about to take off The hallways smelled like Pot While the AC did work and great you could see outside all the way around it I am shocked that this place is open or is even listed on booking Do not go off the pictures listed you will be highly disappointed

The kitchen in the middle Did not feel safe. Roaches in room Stains on bed sheets. Smells old Carpet was filthy. Bathroom door didn’t close right

The front desk receptionist was great! The place as soon as you pull in was sketchy, reeked of Cigarette smoke in every area! Got to our room and the bathroom door knob was broke, the floor was disgusting (literally what looked like blood on the carpet), mold in the windows, mattress gross, the seat at the windows was absolutely gross, the smell was AWFUL and the chair in the room was just nasty! I will put pictures below!

My husband was told they were remodeling some of the rooms. I can look past the scuff marks but there is a minimum level of cleanliness that should have been maintained... Like cleaning the carpet and spraying for bugs. I will not book with this chain again.

I normally tend to not write a negative review about an establishment, but dang...the best part and honestly the only positive is that I got a couple hours of often interrupted sleep and the air planes flying overhead were pretty awesome to experience. I showed up, got to my room, which the front deak/maintenance person(yes, same guy) stated that my door sticks. Not sure to what extent he meant, so went and checked it out, lol, he tried to fix it by adding a screw, but no luck. The carpet inside the room is pulled up, exposing the floor beneath it, gnats in the sink....no back to a remote haha. The only reason I didn't leave right then was because of how exhausted I was. Thankfully no more bugs, but the owners definitely need to invest in actual renovations, not just the bandaids seen all over the building

The room i recieved was not the room I booked. labeled a non smoking room but smelled heavily of cigarettes. Carpet had not been swept in quite some time with large visible dark stains and cigarette burns. Cockroaches and other bugs were in room.

We got there late and the room we got was horrible. There were bugs in there. We didnt stay, I told them to give me a refund and we ended up staying in our for the night cause there were no rooms anywhere to stay. The guy at the desk was nice, but we will never set foot in there again.

Cockroaches in room and got in our suitcase while gone. Killed over 20 in one suitcase. We now have cockroaches at our house we are trying to get rid of and keep finding more.
