The staff at the front desk was wondering and friendly.

The hotel was quite outdated, and the shower did not look clean. The air conditioning control in the room also did not work. Fortunately, since the unit was located under the window, I was able to control the temperature directly on the unit. Overall, my experience was not great, and I probably would not return due to the property itself looking run-down and in need of updating. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

When we checked in, found out that motel had overbooked and were already filled up for our room size (had reserved suite for 3 adults). We had one bed and I ended up sleeping on the floor. Motel credited us for the first night, but our trip had a very poor start with all of us tired during the time there.

Breakfast- GF muffins were available if requested. Good location to creation museum and Ark. also about 20 mins from Cincinnati zoo. Cons- bathroom could have been cleaner. (Bottom of Shower door and corners of bathroom floor) You can hear whoever is above you, sounds like an elephant walking around. Employees could be more welcoming. Would stay here again. I’d give it 3 stars!

Everything was good Breakfast and water on ice in office area

Everyone was helpful and friendly. Rooms very clean! My only suggestion would be for breakfast service, especially during busy periods, they need to keep up with the food and coffee. Waited awhile to refill coffee and food

The a/c did not work in our room, we were relocated to another room with two queen beds, (that were very uncomfortable with two) we wanted a room with king bed and a large shower. Im sure our stay would have been much better if we could have stayed in the room we booked. Everyone was very friendly.
