Tru By Hilton Cincinnati Airport South Florence

Great hotel. Nice location for airport travel. Super clean.

Very clean! Comfort beds! I would definitely recommend!

Bathroom

Superb

The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The free breakfast was definitely better than many complimentary breakfasts. It was a great location to visit the Creation Museum and The Ark Encounter. Would highly recommend it.

Amazing night stay! Room was amazing, staff were helpful and the shower was amazing!

Staff was welcoming. Room was clean. Breakfast was just what we needed. The pancake machine was fun. All was as expected.

Good property overall. Breakfast not to level I would expect and rooms are smaller but the board games and pool table were great. Able to hang out with group after the ballgame and enjoy down time.

The entire experience was really great, from the staff to the rooms.

Clean, helpful staff, reasonable pricing pet friendly. Would stay here again.

While this hotel was okay in general, decent breakfast and amenities, we had to switch hotels our second night. The rooms are small and noisy. We could hear people outside on the patio late at night. There was a constant “knocking” or “clicking” sound we never could find the source of. We could also hear running water in the pipes constantly. Bed was not soft or comfortable. Would not stay here again.

Room felt a little small for a standard hotel room, but it was clean. Staff very helpful. Very cool pancake maker in the breakfast buffet.

Nice

Everything else was Great!

Nice place, clean, good blackout curtain. Close to airport. Good restaurants nearby.

the only criticism I have is the smell of the room , to much added perfume for my taste. everything else perfect .

Hotel is very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was all very helpful and kind. I would stay here again when flying into Cincinnati.

Everything was clean and organized. I felt very comfortable in my room. The staff were very friendly.

It was just ok no closet space too modern not a comfortable place to feel like I can be here for a while only for the moment… no memories just a cold space.
