Desk employees were friendly and helpful. Sign posted above elevators stating 'quiet hours' was much appreciated. Look forward to staying there again.

The staff was amazing along with the rooms and breakfast. Great size room with a great bed! Dozed off on the couch even, and it was just as comfy.

Great location

This is a very lovely and clean hotel. The suite we stayed in was phenomenal! The location of the hotel is quiet and tucked away, it feels very private and safe. We don't have any complaints, wish we could've stayed longer.

Modern, very clean and nice property in a quiet, yet conveniently located newer part of town. Plenty of amenities (pool, gym, ice, etc.) including an excellent breakfast buffet. I would stay here again and am more inclined to look for a Staybridge Suites to stay at wherever else my travels might take me! Highly recommended!

From check-in to check-out everything went smoothly. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was well-maintained. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was exactly what we needed after a long day of traveling.

It was clean and the room was spacious yet felt like a home away from home. We loved that it seemed far from the hustle and bustle and noise but it was only a 4 to 10 minute drive to stores, a mall, and any restaurant you could think of. I have no dislikes the place was amazing.

I would have given 5 stars because the hotel itself was very nice and clean and the amenities were great however, the staff were not friendly at all! We tried talking with them and smiling at them and they acted like us being there was putting them out. We went to the desk to check out at the pantry and the lady behind the desk was on a personal phone call and asked me to wait so she could finish up her phone call. We wait almost 5 minutes! One of the washers was broken and the sign says to let the staff know so they can address things and the gentleman was put out that I brought it to his attention. Not one smile from staff or did they make us feel welcome and we won’t be back!
