Staybridge Suites Florence by IHG

Location was great, 10 minutes to any of the restaurants of your choice, it was off a main road, so there was really no traffic. Very clean and very friendly staff.

The location was almost perfectly in the middle of the two attractions we did, the ark museum and the creation museum. I didn’t like the breakfast at all really. Something to think about, not everyone eats beef and pork so I went to the store to purchase some turkey bacon for my protein and cook it on our stove. Turkey sausage and turkey bacon are some options to consider adding if possible. I did not like the eggs I thought they tasted pretty watery.

No additional issues

Our room was perfect. Plenty of room for just the two of us. Wonderful little kitchen area. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean. Bathroom was pretty tiny for a king suite, but the rest of the room made up for it

The size of the rooms The price

handles in room kitchen were sticky. Bathroom door could have been maintained more. Beds are always comfortable. Breakfast sausage links were cold. Only stayed one night; would probably stay again.

Extremely clean place

The rooms were roomy, the couch and chair were fairly comfortable. The kitchen area was roomy and clean. The whole place was very clean which makes a person feel much better about staying in a hotel. The beds were NOT comfortable, they were hard which was sad because the comfort rating they gave was a reason I chose the hotel. The toilets were so low to the floor my mother couldn't even get up off them and strained her arms trying to do so.

Great location, free washers and dryers. Good breakfast. Some of the furniture in our room was a bit worn. They only clean the room after a five day stay. You have to empty your own trash as needed.

Our rooms were great plenty of space and clean. They brought us a pack and play to the room and breakfast was good.

Loved the large , comfortable sitting area. Was great for playing games and activities with the kids we had with us. Breakfast offered something everyone would eat and well stocked. We loved our stay!

Breakfast was okay. We stayed for a week and it was the same items every other day. Would've preferred different options like bacon, grits, or an omelet station but good nonetheless Would've preferred different menu options for breakfast especially since some guests stay for an extended time.

The breakfast was adequate to help start off the day. The sofa and loveseat should possibly be a different material that's washable or could be wiped down. Because the seating was covered with numerous stains. And, there was a very dirty odor which made it uncomfortable for seating.
