This was our second visit and it was wonderful!

Size, comfort and location were great for a family of 5. Breakfast was just ok.

Everything was wonderful! The rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchen items were in excellent condition and housekeeping was great! We will definitely be staying again! 💗

The room and the people that works there The people above us was flipping hitting the walls.It was children up all night because of the noise so bad.I think the teenagers were flipping off the beds and hitting the floor all different kinds of things was happening.I let the hotel know

Location is great for our Pittsburgh to Nashville trip Beds are too hard.

Pool was broken the first night. Our room had ants. The staff were nice. The hotel and rooms are older that they upgraded a few things to make it appear newer and nicer than it actually is. You can hear people above you walking around.

The hotel was nice and clean, the hot tub and the lounge area outdoors, happy hour. Some of the staff was giving me and my family weird looks. They also was not friendly, i will not stay there agai n, at least not in florence ky location.

The breakfast buffet is typical, but good. It is a clean, well-maintained hotel.

Power was out in the parking lot and half the building. Pool was closed due to outage. We got to the room and just wanted to bathe our kids and shower before bed, but no hot water. I called the front desk and the attendant just said "yes, we had to shut off the water heaters too work on the breakers. We should have it up again in the next few hours (this was at 8:30pm)." No communication about the issues at check in, no apologies, no partial credit. The room was fine and the breakfast was good. This was a missed opportunity for management and staff to handle the situation proactively and appropriately. The loss of amenities was a bummer, and the ice cold baths for our children after a full day of travel was incredibly frustrating. I expect better from the Hilton group.
