Homewood Suites Cincinnati Airport

This hotel was amazing. The Wednesday night social was good. The staff was friendly. The beds were super comfy and the room was spacious. Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

We have stayed at other Homewood Suites in other cities and this one is much nicer. It felt very clean and new. The staff at the front desk, Trish and Cheyenne were very helpful at check out. We will stay here in the future. Thanks.

We had an issue with the streaming of the LiveTV from our suite 203 where it was loosing its connection often. There was a leak in the bedroom ceiling from the floor above us but the staff was able to provide another suite for us & was able to give us a refund due to the inconvenience & difference in suite accomodations. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay & would stay here again.

When we got there, the staff was quick on getting us up into our room. They upgrade this to the next best room. The room was excellent plenty of amenities very clean and knowledgeable about the area. Would recommend to stay here.

Love the room design. Very comfortable and quiet. Highly recommend

The room was comfortable and Clean. The sauna shower alone was well worth the whole stay;) our buds were made, and they cleaned our room every day kept us well stocked of coffee

Exceptional

I really enjoyed the complimentary tea/coffee, breakfast, hot tub and pool, the architecture, and design of the suite I stayed in. I’m didn’t enjoy the soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower.

Very clean and good value for the space and room we had for several nights. No complaints at all.

There was a good variety of breakfast items to choose from. The breakfast tacos were a hit.

Staff and facility were phenomenal

For the setup and the price this hotel is my favorite in the area.

Exceptional

customer service was excellent. We had an emergency in our group, a death in the family, so they could not make it. It happened the day before we were to leave. The hotel attendant told us said that they could not cancel the room. Consequently, we were charged for a room we did not use. $218.00. I am not happy about that. It is sad that booking.com has no room in their policy for emergencies. I can be reached at jl.123wilson@att.net or 256-655-1899

Great hotel and location.

Convenient location. Breakfast was a pleasant experience, good selection and quality of food.

Not having to check out until noon was so nice. The indoor pool water was cold.

Clean and beautiful room. Staff had excellent and overly exceeded my expectations!

This was our second visit and it was wonderful!

Amazing
