Holiday Inn Express & Suites Florence-Cincinnati Airport by IHG

We felt welcomed and cared for the second we walked in the doors. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and we will highly recommend this property to others who are traveling. The breakfast was delicious, service prompt and courteous and the room and amenities top-notch! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The bathroom door wouldn’t even close, let alone lock. The room was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not meet my expectations.

Love the all day coffee, room was clean and the staff were very friendly. You are close to everything so it’s very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The night shift young lady was rude and unhelpful. The airport shuttle was inconsistent in timing, so much so that we finally called Uber. We couldn’t pick up our own phone signal anywhere in the building, but their WiFi was not that great either. But day shift staff was very friendly and helpful, and the property was very clean.

Check in was easy. Neil was very nice. The Maintenence man (didn't get his name) showed us the pool and explained why it was discolored. Nice guy!

Perfect hotel for my purposes. Only 15 minutes from Cincinnati.

Breakfast and location Security. No working lock on my door for additional security in the room. No available rooms to change to more secure room.

Entire facility was extremely clean, the staff were exceptional, always friendly and helpful. Check in and out was a breeze. The shuttle service to and from the airport was extremely convenient.

Everything was great! There was some riff raff staying there making noise but, what can you do?

One of the nicest and cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Breakfast was good.

Rooms were great. Mary, who checked us in was very helpful. Breakfast was very tasty. Pool was clean but the pool room and workout room were very warm and uncomfortable.

Clean room. Not very big but enough for my son and I. Good proximity to Thomas More University, where my son and I were visiting. Decent breakfast. Very close to shopping and dining.

We got in quite late during a spring break road trip. We didn't get settled in and to bed until after 2:00am. I found it kind of odd that housekeeping was vacuuming rooms before 9:00am. It was time to get up anyways and I'm glad I didn't sleep any longer. I just thought it was weird that they would be making that much noise before 9:00 a.m. Everything else was fantastic and I would definitely recommend this hotel and this area if you're passing through

Good location and clean rooms.

They booked us a handicap room. It was a mattress on a broke frame. No box spring. I reported it to management who offered nothing. Place is a joke
