Holiday Inn Express & Suites Florence-Cincinnati Airport by IHG

Employees and shuttle drivers were friendly helpfully and professional Cvg airport needs a map.

We only stayed for one night but the obvious difference between Holiday Inn and the other hotel we stayed at on the first night of our trip, were like night & day. The minute you walk in you smell a nice clean scent. Some may think it's a cleaning product, but I don't think so. It is also apparent in the room so might be diffused in somehow. Our room was spotless, the free breakfast was very welcome & I felt the room was very spacious and well laid out. I was very pleased with our stay & if we head back to that area again, I will book with HI Express.

Everything was perfect from check in to check out!

Place is clean and well kept. Will certainly stay here next time I’m passing thru

Great stay, clean and friendly staff! Location was great! Walmart across the street and lots of food walking distance.

Relaxing, comfortable, quiet

Easy!

Basic re- heated breakfast products

This is a solid well-kept property. Definitely worth the money.

Staff was great, helpful and kind. Property was perfectly locate to food, shops, and entertainment. Overall great stay, just needed a little maintenance.

The breakfast sucked, the bed is full size not queen. The lie about the size.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly. The breakfast had a nice variety of foods available.

No coffee in the room, only available in the lobby. I am not going to the lobby in my pajamas.

From check in to check out our stay was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very tasty. Our room was very clean and comfortable as well. Five stars to this property. *****

We felt welcomed and cared for the second we walked in the doors. The staff were so friendly and accommodating and we will highly recommend this property to others who are traveling. The breakfast was delicious, service prompt and courteous and the room and amenities top-notch! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The bathroom door wouldn’t even close, let alone lock. The room was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Overall, the stay was disappointing and did not meet my expectations.

Love the all day coffee, room was clean and the staff were very friendly. You are close to everything so it’s very convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good

Excellent. Perfect for our quick stay. Have recommended to family. We will be back when returning to the area!

The night shift young lady was rude and unhelpful. The airport shuttle was inconsistent in timing, so much so that we finally called Uber. We couldn’t pick up our own phone signal anywhere in the building, but their WiFi was not that great either. But day shift staff was very friendly and helpful, and the property was very clean.
