Baymont Inn & Suites Florence by Wyndham

Many food optioms nearby. The staff claimed they are not affiliated with Booking.com or any online site. They acted like I had no reservation. No cable TV, faucet had broken know, toilet seat broken and no hot water. Sketchy and loud people are coming and going at all hours. An absolute hellacious nightmare. The only positive is that I didn't get robbed.

Had nice coat rack, but no hangers. I don't need luxury, just want what is there, to work, or be usable.

They did swap my room when I ask because the first room ceiling has fell out and had big hole in it Everything, second room was dirty , had so many roaches crawling even on the bed , had to leave middle of the night did not even get a shower cause bathroom was nasty

Distance from the Florence center Entire property from the exterior to the rooms were filthy. The breakfast area was infested with roaches. The roaches were literally crawling around the food containers as people were getting their breakfast. The tub was so dirty that we refused to take a shower. The low cost of the room wasn’t worth the low value and lack of cleanliness.

The location was great and price was good for 2 nights No TV the fist night there so it was boring could use a new makeover in the bathroom and have more then 2 towels floor was alittle slippery and dirty

Decent to stay great location. Just I was near the garbage side of property always heard the trash cans rolling. No biggie. Rooms very humid. Otherwise decent.

Nothing to like about the property PROPERTY WAS CONDEMNED WHILE WE STAYED THERE NO MONEY WAS REFUNDED AND LIED ABOUT PET FEE BEIBG PAID! Unprofessional!!! Roaches , prostitution and drugs openly being used and sold on property! They are con artist that would take your money! I’m having to take them to court for refund because they went against their word and REFUSED TO REFUND DAYS NOT USED BECAUE THEY WERE SHUT DOWN BY THE STATE!

I saw nothing i liked, unfortunately. Literally everything was terrible. We were traveling with friends, and when we arrived at the hotel, we saw a sign on the door that said "Closed, per Sherrif's Dept." And it had an email address below that to contact them for cancelations, refunds, etc. It was a generic Gmail address though (with a lady's selfie for an account picture, sounds suspicious), not a corporate one, which was odd. Upon stepping into the lobby, there was no one at the front desk, there was trash, dirt, and bugs everywhere, and the smell was horrendous. I wish i got photos but once we saw bugs inside my husband quickly steered me outside. As we were leaving the property, we noticed a large number of hotel staff waiting at the bus stop to leave. I still have not received a response from the email address they posted on the door and its been a week, but booking.com took care of the refund expeditiously. When my booking.com customer service representative called the hotel to find out what was going on, she was told that they were closed because of the hurricane, which is untrue, because every single hotel in the area was just fine. I'm thinking it was more along the lines of a drug/prostitution-related issue, judging by the appearance, other reviews, and what the staff at the other hotels were telling us. We stayed at Park Inn across the street which was very clean and comfortable.

Couldn't say much when I arrived the place was being shut down by DHEC. So I had to find other accommodations. Read above.

Location Everything in this hotel is horrible! The appearance, the furniture, everything is very dirty. Our room had broken items/furniture. There were even cockroaches!! We only stood at this hotel to sleep 1 night, because we were on our way to Orlando. We stop here because of the location and the price. Although breakfast was included in our daily rate, we didn't have the courage to eat anything in this place.

no coffee maker, microwave bed had LOUD squeak with every move hole in unit door - about the size of a golf ball and space at door edge, you could see outside . i walked across the floor once and my soles were black only 2 towels television remote control was broken asked to see manager and was told none was available took 40 minutes to check in even though i had a reservation.

No bed bugs, the price for the room was good, and the location was ok. Mostly, this place is for only good for a quick stay and a quick leave!!! The who place is suitable for mostly drug activities, sexual acts, a place for the homeless to stay for free, and to trash up the room. The plumbing in that whole building needs to be fixed ASAP, them key cards can let you in someone's else room. Meaning they can be use to unlock another room but it suppose to be just for your room, certain parts of the floor was wet, safety lots on them rooms aren't safe, behind the beds were trashy, the rooms don't be stock completely, there's bullet holes in some of the rooms on the left side of the building, air units half work, the housekeeping are little girls who don't even care for the place and they don't look professional, and the main lobby looks better than the rooms do. I had to relocate out of 2 rooms because of those things I name, the last room was not as bad but not as bad as them two before.

The room was disgusting. Rust color stains on the sheets, bugs in the towels, on the vanity and in the bathroom. The tv had fallen off the wall. There was black mold on the exposed ac. There were crumbs on the bed. We left
