Clean rooms and friendly staff and great breakfast

Exceptional

Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Nice to have scrambled eggs and some sausage links for protein plus many other things too. Folgers coffee on tap is awesome!! I would stay here again 4.5 out of 5.

This is the second time we have stayed at this motel. There was a Ruby Tuesday next door and a Cracker Barrel next to that so it was easy to get dinner without driving. The location was convenient to I-95. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and in good repair. The WIFI worked well,. They may be using a new cleaning product since the last time we stayed there as there was an unpleasant smell in the lobby which discouraged me from eating breakfast there.

Disappointing

Great Stay!

Good

I can't think of a single thing that I didn't like about my stay. The maintenance crew for the property likely has had no days off in years. They have everything patched, painted, cleaned, updated you name it. You know a best western is dated but this one has been tenderly loved and cared for. The office staff are so nice and it smells very very good. You know the hotels where it smells artificially good and they're covering up the bad smells? This is not that honey. It smells like clean linen and fresh air. The sheets are soft and clean and don't even get me started on the towels. I've never seen a fluffier yet scritchy towel in my life. This place exceeded my expectation's dude. And you can walk to the cracker barrel?? Sign me up. This is the only place I ever need to stay in in Florence. Not a thing!! Keep doing your thing

My stay at Best Western Inn was one of the best experiences I had at a hotel especially for race weekend for the Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway!!! When I first checked in, hostess behind the desk named Ashley was extremely sweet to me for my entire stay, she definitely made me feel welcome…I felt the cool AC blowing the moment I opened the door and the room smelled extremely clean….Not to mention the level of access to nearby restaurants, gas stations, & cigar shop right across from the hotel…Breakfast was excellent to say the least and way better than the last hotel I stayed at(I won’t say where)Thank you so much and look forward to staying here again in the future!!! 10/10

We only chose the hotel because of its proximity to I 95
