Leaky bathroom and even after changing rooms. Room was not clean.
-
nice and I like the fact that they have a full refrigerator and a microwave. The problem was the staff. I've never stayed at a place where a receptionist was so uncomfortably unfriendly! I thought that the morning staff would be different and it was exactly the same. For the breakfast that was from 6:00 to 9:00 I came in at 8:00 and there was only three apples and two muffins left.

Not in the best of areas. Our room was very clean.
-
Front desk doors locked prior to check-in time and unable to talk with anyone at front desk until then. Room clean and more up to date than what the outside appears. Bed comfy.
-
Clean, good value, breakfast needed some hot food, coffee was weak & no coffee taste. Very bad. Air conditioner was nice and cool.

Room was clean and comfortable. Needs some updating. Dark dreary colors. Update bedding. Bed and pillows comfy. Good quality for price.

Teresa the Manager is the best. Definitely recommend this place if you’re in Florence SC

The breakfast was terrible. Woman at front desk was very unpleasant and rude. Would not let us take anything to our room or put anything in our own cups. Only had terrible packages granola bars. No muffins or anything else for breakfast except yogurt

Nobody at the front desk for about 10 minutes upon checking in. Then the room key would not work. The room was clean and in good shape.
