nothing, place was dirty. like it had not been cleaned for months! in disrepair, unsanitary feeling. smelling of pot being smoked in the room and outside common areas. nothing at all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

The rooms was dirty I walk around with white sock and they ware black after 10 min the bathroom was awful And and decrypted. The windows are so only. The staff did not pull the curtain so anyone could see in the room the only think that works was the AC This place was a motel that people live in not a hotel.

Terrible cleaning, I was a hour late, was gave my key, and went to the room and the same guy who checked me in beat me there and was cleaning the room from previous night.. lucky I was there for race and literally only slept. Bed new, some remodeling but they can’t clean worth a fuk, used a towel to get out shower with, bottom was filthy black

I did get any breakfast during my stay,wasn't sure about the breakfast, the libby area was neat and clean, I saw dining room table and chairs, but nothing about a continental breakfast. OMG!! The beds are the greatest, comfortable, supportive clean,I've stayed at some high-end hotels/motels can't evev measure the comfort of the beds at Mainstay suites in Florence South Carolina Hwy.52 The driveway, parking lot was full of holes,large holes, I think it was dangerous because someone could've damage their car or an axel,the Mainstay is a decent price and a decent place to stay, byt something needs to be done to the driveways and parking lot.

The beds were comfortable, the water was hot with good pressure for a shower, the value/cost was affordable, the refrigerator was big, the kitchen area was nice/new. Well, we did see roaches in both of our rooms we had, the floors were not clean, one of our rooms the keys didn't work the first time so we had to go back to the office-the next day the keys stopped working again and on the last day-none of the keys worked, one of the rooms did not have any blankets and when asked for one they said they would bring it but never did-we had to go back down to the office to get some, no towels in one of the rooms, and the bathroom sink lighting is terrible, no guide on TV or paper saying which channels were which such as TNT is channel 55.

Absolutely nothing!! The room was gross. The nastiest room I had ever seen. You should be ashamed listing this property on your sight.

After checking in and going to the room I had to come back for towel, curtains had holes in them, bathtub was stained and dirty, bed frame sounded like aluminum sheets when you moved, dead roach on the floor, towels and wash clothes smelled like vinegar, and they charge you an incidental fee, that they will never refund, and on top of that they have three hotel names listed under the same building with different pricing for the same rooms

The place appeared to be under some sort of new ownership and was in really bad shape. We got there early, which we knew we couldn’t check in till 3 o’clock in the evening, but it also said that you could pay extra for checking in early. We are not allowed to do that and with very minimal guest being there, my friend and I who were traveling together were putting separate rooms all the way across the complex from each other. There were some very lack of a better word, shady people that were appearing to be living in the hotel. I would definitely not stay there ever again.

I was visiting for the race, I loved how close it was to the track. That is it. Overall, everything could have been better with this stay our room had a whole where you can tell mice/rats were entering and exiting the room. The floor was filthy underneath the bed there were belongings from a previous guest as well as trash. The bathroom was gross. There was hair on the towels prior to us using them a lot of foot traffic of people walking around the hotel.

I didn’t check to see if they had stairs or elevator so me and my handicap husband had to go up flight of stairs and they were not in the best condition.Also they were not enough of towels inside our room and they were roaches in the room also. They never said anything about bags of snacks for breakfast because I start we were having breakfast inside the hotel like eggs, sausage and waffles etc.

Multiple items were missing from the room: no phone, no coffee machine (accessories present), no hangers, no pad on ironing board, no quilt/comforter on one of two beds. It did provide us with a place to sleep and shower, and you can see the property is definitely a work in progress, as it looks like the rooms were partially renovated.

It was awful. The staff won’t answer the desk phone. We booked for 3 days, housekeeping wasn’t offered for towels or trash or anything. Sit trash outside if the door on day 1 and dirty towels , they were still there when we checked out on day 3. Had to walk to the front desk each time we needed to shower. The water is brown when you first turn it on. The TVs don’t work. Asked staff to help fix the issue, he told me to connect my phone to it, but you can’t do that either because neither will connect to the WiFi. We will never be back to this place. Ever.

Not much to like about this joint. Facility, structurally, is substandard. Significant volume of patrons appear to be of the Section 8 iteration, with drug use rampant on the grounds, laundry strung up in trees and an inordinate amount of debris throughout the property. Completely unsatisfactory for families or single female travelers. Unsatisfactory, unclean and unsafe across the board.
