The value first of all, easy access, free breakfast, big room, free wifi, all appliances, had a refrigerator that actually kept food cold Very dated and old, miss matched furniture, door double lock didn't work, better than I expected for such a low cost room.

Everything but the lighting in the room. Not nearly enough. It was dark the whole time. Plus the shower placement was strange Lighting and shower placement

We did not spend the night here because when we open up the bed to check it, there was blood stains and debris on the bed under the pillows. That alone was enough to walk away. The room also had a strong odor, perfumy, soapy, not sure which. There was a nice hot tub in the room, but it was not clean and shiny, and it was also the only shower in the room so one would have to take a big step up and over to shower. There is also a $100 deposit for damages. Staff was very understanding, and issued a refund to Expedia immediately. Expedia has a no refund policy so I had to dispute with my credit card company for a refund from Expedia. Best advise is just stay away.

The room was great for the price, big and spacious. The bathroom was a bit dated with chips/cracks in the sink. A switch was missing so the bathroom fan could not be turned off. But I was not there to enjoy the bathroom facilities.

Only it was close to the Highway, easy access Walking into the front office, it smelled old & musky. I was charged a damaged fee + $15.00 for my dog. No rooms available close to the parking lot, but placed us in a room that was basically in the middle. The front office staff did not provide directions, so we had to walk around to find our room. Once we found our room, we looked out the window to view the area where we could park to view our vehicle.I had to park on the other end which made it inconvenient because we had to make quite a lot of trips back and forth. It looked like homeless people were hanging around.the hotel. You could hear people arguing, talking loudly. The room was not as clean as expected. The two beds were in two separate rooms. There was a dead daddy long leg spider in the shower bath tub, the hot water in the sink took 5 minutes to get hot and actually needed to be replaced. The curtains in the back room was stained including the walls were chipped and looked like blood dropping splattered on the walls. You could hear water dripping in the corner of the first room but water was dripping from the smoke detector in the other room. The lighting needs electrical work. SoInformed the front desk in the morning even though she was busy preparing the breakfast which we left and did not eat.

Some of the light bulbs in the room needed replacing. Other than that it was a wonderful experience. I'll definitely stay there again.

Location First room we were assigned had not been cleaned….bed was not made. Second room the mirror was gross, like someone had spit all over it.

Always charge you for a night you didn't stay. This has happened multiple times. This is ridiculous. They dont knkw what there doing

Funny smell, people smoking/doing drugs. Very stressful and noisy stay. Bedsheets had huge stain. Disappointing and gross!

It was quiet, clean, great location There were a few sketchy people there in the parking lot

This was absolutely one of the grossest rooms I have ever rented. I travel a lot and when we walked into the room, it was absolutely disgusting. We noticed her on the bed, ketchup packet still in the fridge hair on the floor a contact lens on the floor just absolutely disgusting. You went downstairs to try to ask for extra bedding because at that point it was so late at night. We were like we’ll just remake our own bed. We’ll sleep in it go to the front desk. They tell us they do not have extra bedding like at all. They offered to move our room when our kids were asleep across the hallway and by that point there was no way that we could move our room so we asked if we could have the bedding from that other room that they were gonna put us in. He told us no because then we would be taking two Rooms which makes no sense because what were they gonna do put somebody in our growth room that they just moved us out of trying to get a refund for this room has been impossible because it seems that nobody can do refunds or communicate with hotels or me or anybody to try to get this room or situation figured it out and fixed. I do not recommend wasting your money here.
