We always check the room before we carry everything in and went back to the office and told them, he didn’t act surprised and issued a full refund

I have stayed here before. I will stay again in the future even though the room deposit is a stiff $100.00. Most hotels in the area hover from $50.00 to $75.00. The staff are always willing to go the extra mile. I like it because it's quiet. The staff will not knock on your door incessantly like another property in the area. The breakfast is adequate even if they run out of an item the front desk will put out more. I can safely recommend this property.

HORRIBLE. Had to change rooms. First room smelt like mildew and mold w/ wet carpets. The EXPEDIA add said hot tub/jacuzzi in room - that is false. It is THE shower for the room in the living room (bathroom has no shower or bath). Both rooms were digusting. Staff seemed to know about the first room, which is beyond alarming. Spent over 30 mins on the phone w/ expedia last night to only receive $25 compensation back. Keep in mind, I paid ~$130 for the WORST room and hotel. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE - NOT SAFE.

There were broken down cars in the parking lot. Seemed like a hotel that people stay at long term. Room smelled terrible and the A/C did not work very well.
-
The t.v. didn't work and we couldn't get anyone to come look at it. THe bar in the bathtub was broken, The breakfast was very minimal! It was clean and the beds were comfortable.

It’s definitely worth the 50 bucks. they have the nerve to ask for 100 dollar deposits..lol the cable tv didn’t work, the breakfast was horrible! Some loud ass noise came from the AC in a different part of the building but I could hear it at 1am in the morning.

The room did not have an ice bucket, we had to go to the desk and they gave us a plastic bag to put ice in. The floor was dirty—we had to dust off our feet before we could put our feet in bed so the dirt didn’t get on the sheets. No Kleenex in the room. They even gave us a room with a King bed when A room with 2 queens was on our reservation. They offered us a room with 2 but we were going to have to wait a half hour for it to be cleaned. We stayed in the King room so we didn’t have to wait. We will look elsewhere next time we go to Fort Collins.

Although staff was nice and all I would would recommend anyone not to stay here. There is alot of crackheads hanging out around and possibly even staying there.

The first room looked like someone had just slept in the bed. The bathroom was dirty hair in the tub, not cleaned, hair on the counter, the towels were still wet and so was the bathmat. The second room was even worse: bloody towels were in the fridge. Blood was on the towels that were hung up in the bathroom. Blood on the bedding, holes in the wall. electrical plugs were not safe for us having a 2 year old. The handrail in the shower was missing. And when returning to the front counter a third time, clerk was rude and won't give us clean towels. I would not recommend staying here.

Our stay was awful. The room was nasty. We were placed in a “pet” room. It wreaked with pet urine smell. It was so bad that my husband and I had to go purchase carpet fresh deodorizer to tolerate the odor. It was a disgusting and pungent. We will never stay there again!

The pool was closed on a 100 degree day.

I had a very restful night, the folder was clean and didn't smell bad. I recommend it.

There are stains on the quilt.

I have stayed here before. Having a microwave and small refrigerator is key. The breakfast does seem underwhelming but possible. The coffee was very strong and the orange juice weake..The waffles and sausage were very good. Should I need to stay in the future I would.

The property was filthy outside with trash bins overflowed with trash. Our initial room had no AC but had a hot tub in it so there was no way to cool down the room and it turned into a sauna. We had to switch rooms at one in the morning due to the AC not working.
