Definitely make that my stop and stay room clean really clean breakfast was above average and it was absolutely a comfortable bed

The coffee in the lobby in the morning tasted like brown water.

I found the nightly rate was much lower the day I arrived than what I paid. Hotels.com did not care and offered nothing to bridge the gap. Disappointed and likely not staying loyal to hotels.com in the future.

My main reason for being here was for the hot tub. It was very nice. The staff was nice and the room was clean and smelled good. The bathroom was clean and user friendly.

Breakfast was over at 9am on the dot. Suggested they offered it until at least, 9:30am

The room was nice and clean. The VIP drink was just bottled water, which was a disappointment. The pool was a little gross with hair in the water. The breakfast was good, but the space was very squishy.

Disappointed after I read reviews. The employees were nice however we mentioned the trash by front door was overflowing on our second day there.By day 4 it was spilling on the ground. Breakfast was good it just needs to be filled more often. Pool looked nice until you got closer it had things floating on top. .Close to highway. Room was spacious.

We booked the business suite that was supposed to have a mountain view, but really it should say interstate view. Also, when we were looking down out our window, there were several mattresses that were just stacked outside on the ground. That was odd. Taking a shower, the water temperature would vary. not sure if it was because others were taking showers too or what, but the water would go from hot to cool and when I would turn it up some, it would jump back to hot and almost be scolding! You basically just had to wait for the temperature to adjust back to being hot because if you adjusted it, it would just randomly go to that temp. The toilets don't have regular covers on them and with them being so close to the shower you have to be careful not to drop towels or rags into the toilet bowl. The breakfast was ok but the room itself was laid out odd. the trash can was like in the back of the room and not close to where you would walk out. So if it was busy and people were sitting at the tables you had to be careful not to disturb others while you made your way all the way to the trash can and then back out of the room. Rooms were clean and service desk rep was nice. Thanks!

Parking was easy in front of and around the hotel. Easy check-in and friendly front desk. Elevators worked but we mostly used the stairs. Breakfast was free and had all the main things you would hope to expect. Would stay here again.

Upon entering my room, I quickly realized the toilet would not flush. I told the very young front desk and the clerk and he didn't know what to do so he offered a plunger to me. I ended up having to use the lobby restroom. Also, there were mattresses in the hallway leaning against the walls. Half new and half used.

Showed up to way overfull trash can outside (game day? :-\ ) and smoking area right near entrance. Could use a paint touch up here and there (doors, locks). Chair in room was old and groty. Little rough, old, not great furniture (chair). Eh.

Clean room and nice gym.

Very dirty. Overflowing trash cans, dirty walls and doors. Felt very gross.
