Things were good ,,but it could been a better breakfast foods and the room could have been a little bugger okay .. Over all the experience was good and also we weren't there to long to catch things around town thanks Don

Friendly staff we stay in allot of low end spots. but man this property is bad carpet in rooms is horrendous . Rooms have all have been lived in for long periods. Signs all over saying no pets on property witnessed severy long term resistance with dogs.

When we got there they had no room for us and had to refund that has yet to show up on my card. Was a place where you paid by the day or month for 55 dollars. Scary people that looked near homeless roaming around. We arrived and a homeless loooking pregnant lady was laying in the driveway near front door. I am sure drugs were to be found there too. Definitely not as advertised. I will say the lady at the desk was shocked the reservation went through as they only have single rooms and offered a refund.

Holes in walls, air conditioner smelled like mold,

Elevator didn’t work, only one outlet in room worked, iron didn’t work, blow dryer didn’t work, carpet was gross, We needed to prepare for wedding. Couldn’t because no outlets in bathroom worked. Never again!!!

When I arrived to check in, I was told that my reservation had been canceled, even though it was still shown as confirmed on Expedia. No other rooms were available, and the staff simply told me to find another hotel myself. They made no effort to help me find alternative accommodation and showed very little concern about the situation. I had to search for and book another hotel at the last minute. This was an extremely stressful and disappointing experience.

This hotel was pretty beat up. The elevator didn’t work. We were only on the 2nd floor but my husband is disabled and it was challenging for us to carry our suitcases up stairs. The toilet wouldn’t flush; lamps kept flickering, and wall outlets had trouble holding a charge. The redeeming factor was that the bed was super comfortable. We were only there for a very quick overnight and just needed a bed so it worked for us. All in all, everything is pretty grimy.

The exterior and lobby area was very nice. The front desk clerk was very busy but helpful. The elevator was broken so we had to carry our luggage up to the 2nd floor. Along our way, there was a half eaten cookie and lots of crumbs on the stairs. Understandable where kids are, but they were still there this morning as we left. We opened our room door and the smell hit us! The walls were all beat up, tape was peeling from the walls, and the furniture was marred and peeling. The bathroom was clean on surface, but the toilet paper was sitting on top of the tank because there was no toilet paper holder on the wall. The baseboards were icky. The smoke detector was missing and the sink vanity had stuff on it like it hadn't been wiped down from the previous visitors. We were able to turn the television on, but there was no service available. I called the front desk twice for guidance with it, but no one answered. There wasn't a phone in the room, so I used my cell. We woke up at 4:30 a.m. to get out of there as fast as we could. I would've requested a refund to go to another hotel, but we arrived later from being on the road for 8 hours already. Breakfast was a joke, too. Turning our keys in at the front desk at 6:00 a.m. this morning, the clerk wasn't even there. She was outside sitting on the curb talking to what looked to be a friend. I just tossed the keys through the glass and onto the desk. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They should pay YOU to stay there!

Great location and access off service road. Has Dennys, waffle house and a nice Mexican restaurant walking distance from hotel. A/C unit in our room unfortunately had a loud buzzing noise during our stay but didn't switch because it was first level near front entry(easy access). I did ask if room was available before 3pm and was given room without explanation of $50 early check -in charge that was applied to my card without my approval.

The elevator wasn't working an i had a room on the 3 floor with an 93 year old mom made it hard to get there

Front desk was very nice about canceling our room as I'm unable to do many stairs. One man at checking that had been staying their said the elevator had been broken down for several day's.

We stayed one night there the staff was rude and not helpful. The hotel was dirty. There was a bunch of patches on the wall walls. The floors were filthy. My shower was filthy. Things were falling apart. The sink look like it was gonna fall down. The carpet was all wrinkled and dirty. There was mildew. It was really gross. We did not stay the next night and canceled our other room too the breakfast was just some pancake mix next to the machine and a couple other things there wasn’t much to pick from at all.

Inexpensive, clean bedding & towels. Shower and air conditioner worked well. Breakfast was the least impressive I’ve experienced. The elevator didn’t work and it had weekly tenants. I saw an eviction and an arrest. Exciting place.

Upon arrival several people were smoking “pot” at the main entrance of the hotel.😡 Front desk a customer was informing the staff about the TV in room was not working and he called several times to the desk. He asked to speak to the manager. And wanted to leave and refund. She stated she was the manager. The customer continues to explain about the refund and situation. She told him that he needed to wait . In the meantime I let her know I was checking in. Her tone and facial expressions were not very good. I asked why the people at the front door were smoking pot, that’s not my concern. Very upsetting encounter!!! Our room was on the second floor. Heading for the elevator she stated it’s not working. Once on the floor appearance was dingy stains on the carpet. The room was also stained carpet the air conditioner made noise and the TV also had issues with turning on. My room was booked for 2 adults! In the bathroom towels were only for one person. I tried calling the front desk and nobody answered!!

The staff could not even bother to look up from their phones to smile or greet guests as they came and went. One employee even sat in a vehicle with another person smoking right in front of the door. The room we were assigned to left much to be desired. We could not get the door open despite the green light. After a trip to the front desk, we were informed the door handle must lifted up to open the door. Sadly on day 2, neither of our cards would work; no green light. So it was back to the pleasantness that is their front desk. The room was, we'll let's just say we are glad we didn't bring anything home with us. At least the beds were comfortable. However the dampness in the room was off putting. It was apparent when the pocket door to the bathroom was closed, that it hadn't been cleaned in some time. The shower was large and had good water pressure. The breakfast consisted of make your own mini waffles, mini donuts & other pastries. There may have been bread for toasting and some whole fruit. The coffee was a bit better than most hotel coffee. General maintenance was not a priority. There was peeling wallpaper, tears in the box spring covering, TV not working, broken frame around the mirror. I know accommodations book up in Fort Collins. At least those reading this will know what they're getting into.
