Room was spotless, bed was comfy and AC was very cold, staff were incredibly friendly, and price was great. Will definitely stay here again.

When we pulled in the Manager started taking pictures of us, saying he works with the Larimer County Drug task force, and gives them pictures of their guest to make sure guests are, "safe".

Stole fifty dollar "held" deposit. Cancelled a two week booking knowing I had to go to the bank and didn't say anything until after five Then kept the fifty dollar security deposit on top of this. The hotel advertisement showed a pool which they do not have a view of the mountain which is a view of Denny's parking lot, and a elevator which was broke and I was on the third floor. The staff was pleasant, breakfast was decent. Needs better management with booking and reservation

Horrible continental breakfast.

Staff was rude, Rooms were ghetto. Horrible experience. Breakfast was lame except the apples were good.

You will realize why this place is so affordable when you get there. The place is practically falling apart. The ceiling was leaking water in the hallways and there was cracks and dirt all over the walls. The toilet seat was falling off our toilet. They show you the room before you sign for your keys because they know it too.

The room smelled the bathroom door was off its track so you couldn’t open it and the rug was disgusting. We will never go again.

When we got there we were escorted to room before check in to verify tv, lights etc worked and room acceptable. Not my job to make sure things work. However later the tv remote failed. At breakfast almost nothing out. Went to front desk and then told they would get something. Left and went to Dennys next door. Desk mgr would not get off the phone for minutes while I stood there. Terrible place. Don’t stay there.

The online photos were very misleading compared to the actual condition of the hotel. We arrived late at night, exhausted from traveling, and felt like we had little choice but to stay. Before giving us our room keys, the manager had us inspect the room first. I'm thankful they did because the first room smelled strongly of urine. We were moved to a second room that didn't smell as bad, but it was still in poor condition. The room had stains on multiple surfaces, large cobwebs on the ceiling, damaged furniture, and sticky residue on the walls, tables, and sink. The carpets throughout the hotel were so dirty that we never felt comfortable taking our shoes off. The elevator and ice machines were out of service, and the toilet in our room ran continuously until I shut off the water supply to stop it. The staff were polite but not particularly welcoming. We were also required to sign a guest agreement that included a dress code, prohibited smoking, illegal drug use, and using the hotel as a permanent residence. While I understand hotels have rules, combined with the overall condition of the property, it made the experience feel unsettling. Had I been traveling with my husband and children, we would have left and found another hotel. Because it was late and we were exhausted, we made the best of it. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend staying here unless you have no other options.

Budget friendly . Accommodating staff. Close to highway and Waffle House
-
The room was not the best. Broken picture frames, looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for a while, bed bugs
-
The plug ins in the room were all loose or didn't work. The carpet in my room was stained. The elevator was broke when we were there and on the third floor. The property itself was pretty clean.

We were able to check in early which was so appreciated! However-- saw a cockroach in the kitchen area the next morning and then again on the second level staircase... not sure if it was cockroach or beetle...but did NOT stick around to find out!
-
The elevator was out of service all 3 nights I was there.
-
The rooms were dirty, one of the staff members was rude and service was very slow. Would never stay here again.

For the price it was a nice place to stay

I was traveling in a group of 4 girls, we felt very unsafe at this hotel. Our room was on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broken so we hade to carry our luggage up multiple flights of stairs! We get to the room and it smelled horrible! We looked out the window and saw a woman trying to break into cars in the parking lot in the daylight!! We felt scared and uneasy about the hotel and people around so we ultimately decided to not spend the night at all and we had to eat the cost of the hotel and went to a different one a town over.

The room was terrible! There were stains all over the floor. There wasn’t a mini fridge, the TV didn’t work, and only 2 outlets worked. The doorknob was missing on the bathroom door and the door was broke, it wouldn’t slide to open or close. It also smelt like wet dog. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
