The room had a strong musty smell from the moment we walked in. Every morning, the hallway smelled like fresh dog feces. It was unpleasant and made the property feel poorly maintained. Check-in staff was pleasant, but after that, customer service was virtually nonexistent. Security was also a concern. Homeless individuals regularly spent time in the breakfast area as if they were paying guests and wandered the property at night. On one occasion, I personally witnessed someone checking whether my vehicle was unlocked. Traveling with my children, that was unacceptable. Breakfast was another disappointment. At 8:55 a.m., with breakfast ending at 9:00, I was trying to quickly feed my two kids before leaving for my daughter’s softball tournament. Instead of giving guests a brief opportunity to finish serving themselves, staff immediately began removing and dumping the food without any warning or courtesy announcement. I understand breakfast has to end on time, but a little grace would have gone a long way. The room also wasn’t very clean. There were multiple sticky spots on the floor, and when I leaned against the headboard, my hair stuck to the picture above the bed. Overall, I would avoid staying here unless you have no other option.

Great staff
-
Room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Stayed there by myself for two nights to catch some shows.

A very kind lady assisted me; she made my stay more pleasant.
-
Poorly maintained. Would not walk on carpet without shoes. No deadbolt or chain lock for door
-
Decent breakfast for continental, quiet, fridge and micro in room. It's close to the interstate and several other budget hotels
-
No pool over all clean quite room with free breakfast and parking was perfect for my workcation
-
Verry friendly staff and allows pets

The neighborhood The initial check in staff was very rood. Charged the wrong card. Denied that they did and had a horrible attitude. The fire alarm went off every night. Shower was dirty with mold. No phone in the room

Clean room, hot shower, decent breakfast. Staff was great!

Nothing, it was in an industrial location, not much around and didn’t feel safe. The room smelled and felt very dirty. The carpet was old, the tub enamel was peeling. A lot of doors banging from other customers.

Nice hotel.

Sketchy area. Some people in the parking lot drinking, music loud. The carpets in the room were sticky. Bed was decent. Breakfast was decent. Free continental. Standard, yogurt, wafffles, toast, cereal, coffee. Just didn’t feel real safe. Not sure if it’s the area or just a fluke

We won't stay there again

we stayed at the super eight hotel in Fort Collins two nights. The young man at the desk when we checked in was very nice very helpful. The hotel is not brand new. we didn’t expect perfection. But, The room was clean. The beds were clean. There were no bugs. The toilet worked. The shower worked , the breakfast was better than some. It had real fruit, prepackaged, pastries, yogurt and waffles! Coffee and juice. We felt safe. A lot of hotels do not have housekeeping come in during your stay if you’re staying more than one night we were very surprised pleasantly to know that the housekeeping did come in while we were out and gave clean towels, New soaps, made the beds took out the trash. We would stay there again. It was a basic hotel. It was better than lots of places we stayed..

Chemical smell in the room was so strong, it was barley tolerable, even after the window was open for a few hours. Im not one to typically fuss about it. The manager or front desk person was less than helpful at check-in and seemed genuinely annoyed I was there at all. Didnt expect much given the price, but I think it's worth a few dollars to stay somewhere else.

Everything was great in the suite… aside from the random lingerie panties stuffed in the couch haha. Breakfast was good, and there’s a lot of parking
-
Room had bedbugs.
-
Andy from front desk was exceptional

Needless to say we didn’t want to stay…: we took pictures and went to show the attendant. He was very apologetic and immediately offered a refund. We went elsewhere for the night. The staff was very friendly and helpful unfortunately the overall condition of the hotel left something to be desired.
