Quality Inn & Suites Fort Collins East

Honestly I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was friendly enough but the hotel was no where I’d want to stay again. I’m not one to write reviews but in our room we found a cockroach, we were looking around the room to make sure there weren’t more, pulled the bed up to check under and there was a used needle under the bed! We were VERY disturbed. Yes we were given another room but that one had bees in it.

It was an average stay.

Staff was amazing! Very helpful and kind.

The pool area was nice.... the rooms were shady as hell and the roaming crack heads were a little scary

Overpriced for one of the dirtiest hotels I have ever been too. We found Roaches in the room and everything seemed half cleaned.

Stayed here for 2 nights . Hotel was very dirty . Hotel needs to be remodel everything looked very old and smelled bad. Pool water looked dirty. Breakfast was pretty much only bread and coffee. Nothing looks or is as they advertise online . I would not book here again.

Very disgusting. We left and went across the street to a cleaner hotel.

I Love my room beds are so comfortable to sleep,the pool area was great for the kids to enjoy themselves. You get to relax on your balcony great view of the city. Food places near the hotel. Waffle House, and Denny's next door I Love it Everything was perfect Staff was wonderful ? nothing wrong in my eyes I give it a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

There seemed to be no one available

After checking into our room we noticed how warm it was so I turned on the air conditioner it would turn on, but it kept turning off. It would not stay on. And I went to the office to tell the receptionist lady there, and she basically said that she had no maintenance on working for that night. So there was nothing that she could do. If it got unbearable, she could switch our room. By then it was to late my kids were already asleep so I didn't want to have to move the whole family from one room to another. And it did get unbearably warm, but my husband who is a maintenance guy fixed the air conditioner. He checked it out, cleaned the the filter and had to do something to it. I'm not even sure what it was, but he fixed it. After that. It was working great, and I even told the lady at the the desk about it and she had promised to give me some extra points for my choice, rewards and I didn't even get that. So like it was pretty upsetting that we had to go through all that trouble. Just to get something to work that we shouldn't even have to be working on in the first place.So it was a little disappointing

I actually reported this hotel to the health department and the fire, inspectors and building inspectors as well. This hotel shouldn’t even be on Expedia and the so-called manager Stephanie Johnson is the most foul person I’ve ever met.

The staff was amazing. When choosing this place I didnt realize it was either connected to or is conjoined with "Clarion". I specifically didnt choose Clarion" because of the reviews and thought paying a little more was okay. This was not the case. Quality and Clarion are "one". They are connected and paying more will not save you. This place, which ever you choose because like I said, they must be the same company because it is the same building. They have a cockroach problem. My family and I only stayed one night, and that was plenty. And I'm sure if we stayed any longer the bed bugs would have came, which I'm highly allergic to. Like I said, I didnt know these 2 companies were one. I payed extra thinking it was going to be different, I didnt know they were one company, then I would have payed the cheaper price knowing I chosen it with all its extra little amenities. This is close to these little houses that have been abandoned for years. I told my family we were better off staying in that. I didnt get pictures of the roaches, but I did get pictures of other disgusting/weird things.

omg...just pull the weeds in the parking lot...etc...will never be staying again...very shady

The furniture such as couch and stool need shampooing.
