Room was good. Breakfast was also good. We were in and out a lot so didn't get to use the facilities that much. For us the location was great for the price. Bathtub needs some work or change. Might consider a mat for the tub? Didn't have any person at the check in to purchase food from the store. Shower head took some figuring out to use.

The staff did not steal or clean as far as I could tell.

The pool area was nice !! The rooms were dirty and had roaches !! The microwave and fridge in one room didn't work !! The bugs were the worst part of it all !!

I want a refund for this place. It was awful Everything

The room was clean and loved the new LED mirrors that the bathrooms came with. We didn’t have washcloths but the bathroom was clean too. The usb plug ins in the lamps next to the bed didn’t work but the one on the desk did. The AC worked very very well which was much needed since it was 90 degrees out during our stay. The clarion is on the first two floors so if your wanting a balcony, book through quality in but in my opinion, clarions rooms were better and more well kept. (I had friends stay in the quality in side) we were next to the pool so we didn’t have windows so it was a little dark but we didn’t mind.

The bath tub was nice The beds were comfy until we woke up with roaches in the bed and on the wall you couldn't even mirror your phone to the tv to watch movies from your phone

There were some sketchy people outback. The pool area had a urine smell.

Had reservations for a big room king bed and separate area with a pull out bed 350 sq feet and I got a double full bed and 120 SQ foot room with not even Luke warm water in the shower and when I went to the counter I was told that the room I was spose to be in had a reservation and she just told me that the rooms cost the same so it doesn't matter where she puts me her attitude really was not very good especially I just read a sign that if we are unhappy with anything that they would do whatever they can to make it right

Price, free breakfast,free parking, free WiFi Limited parking, parking lot of the next hotel which seems to be this hotel’s and the other hotel tows the vehicles and charges hundreds of dollars.

Smelled like mold, or the pool. Damp. Garbage in garbage, tub dirty on sides, and no washcloths. They doubled charged me as well n screwed up my whole trip.

I need a refund we did not stay we had to get a different hotel because the Clarion was flooded I need a refund

The front desk staff made our stay truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, efficient, and eager to help with a smile. Their genuine care and professionalism made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. Housekeeping was a major issue throughout our stay. We asked twice to have our room floors cleaned, but it was never taken care of. Look closer and the neglect was obvious: the bed skirt was dirty, and there was trash left underneath the bed. Additionally, when housekeeping emptied our trash cans and took our dirty towels, they never replaced the trash liner and failed to leave us fresh towels. The rest of the property and room amenities suffered from similar neglect and odd choices: Amenities: Having a full fridge and stove in the room was a nice touch, but a basic microwave would have been much more practical and appropriate for short-term convenience. Pool Condition: The swimming pool was dirty with visible debris floating in it. Room Maintenance: Physical upkeep was lacking, including baseboards peeling off the walls in our room. Breakfast: The breakfast spread was sparse and not as advertised.

Rooms were dirty, food left in fridge, dog hair all over the chair. Sheets were dirty and stained.Unidentifiable smell. Pool had trash in on and around it. Trash all over outside of property. People passed out in parking lot. When we decided we couldn’t stay staff was more than accommodating.

Breakfast was really poor, not many choices. Rundown and outdated not very clean. It seemed like a ghost town

Our rooms were extremely dirty, there was cock roaches and other bugs in our rooms . There was a thick white powder under the sink . Don’t use a blue light if you don’t want to see disturbing things.
