We stayed a weekend while visiting our daughter at CSU. The hotel was clean, the bed very comfortable and the free breakfast choices were great. We would recommend it to everybody visiting Fort Collins!

Very clean room, quick check in. Easy check ou. Lobby and is ver spacious. Beds very comfortable. Worked perfect for a quick overnight stay and a decent breakfast that was included before we got back on the road again.

This is a "okay" stay location, not as good as what they mention as "4 star" hotel. they are far from it.

Clean cozy. Pool and hot tub were great. Friendly staff! Favorite part was the carpet in the hallways, very complicated design. Dog friendly but there wasn't any grass which took some getting use to. Also they put ham in the eggs at breakfast which made me sad because a lot of people don't eat pork or meat in general.

Affordable Staff was not well trained-we were given a key to an occupied room. Worst pillow severe! Requested replacements and was told-that’s all we have!

Location was ok. I did not like the fact that I had to clean what appeared to be liquid dog feces off of my floor for an hour and a half before I could even walk in the room without shoes on. The hallway stank like wet dogs so I left early because of it. When I got home the next morning I had pink eye from scrubbing the nasty floor by hand. Get better housekeepers.

Very clean and comfortable The front desk lady who checked us in at 3pm seemed bothered to be there, did not crack a smile at all. She handed us our keys and said we’re checked in. No directions to our room, no information about the hotel, breakfast, or anything. Happier staff at front desk who actually likes to help people would be great for your hotel.

Hotel location had quick access to freeway. The room was standard size. Pool available. Breakfast was included and had standard variety of proteins and carbs. Weird pre-check in email was sent but still had to do standard check in process regardless of fulfillment of pre check in procedure.

Had planned to stay here on our return trip but canceled that reservation. Front desk clerk looked bored and never addressed me by my name also room was not ready and they told us it was had to wait 30 minutes outside the room as the cleaning lady left as we were waiting in the hallway outside the door.

We loved the 5:30pm KickOff. Staff was very kind, courteous and helpful. Room was exceptionally clean. Location on the Riverwalk was excellent. Laundry facilities were helpful though 22nd and 5th floor laundry soap dispensers were out of soap and dryer sheet boxes. Front desk was able to help us with that.

Clean and beautiful So large and spread out. Needs more luggage carts. We had to look for them and they were not easy to find. The main clerk on the front desk was very nonchalant and no help. They allowed guests with pets on the bottom floor. We had asked for a bottom floor room because we are 85 and 81. She just shrugged. Pets come before old people.

Great bar tender, she gave me good coversation on my way to Oklahoma.
