Disappointing

Breakfast was only eggs, sausage patties, assorted cereal and breads. Nothing exciting. Room was OK. Large stain in carpet and traffic noise was a lot in the evening. Pool was out of service.

Very nice hotel, very quiet room.

No blow dryer in my room. No wash clothes in my bathroom. My sister had no Kleenex in her room. The rooms didn’t feel as clean as they had in the past stays.

Very clean hotel, needs attention to the breakfast and lack of parking.

We had a room just right off the lobby. It was like an afterthought type room. The plastic baseboard had came unglued from the wall in the bathroom. The beds were okay. The room had a definite odder that followed us home. We arrived at the hotel after 5 pm. Left for about 5 hours. Spent the night from 10pm to 7am. In that period of time the order was in our clothes that required washing when we got home. This is more what I expect from a low-end hotel. The $65 to $75 dollar a night hotel. I doubt I will book here again. We usually make a trip from Kansas City MO to Fort Dodge once a year. I went to check out the breakfast. That is all you can say. It to was low end. The eggs were scrambled and don't the preformed disc that other hotels have. But the rest was very low end again. Their other options where we can make a single serve waffle, or cereal. We opted not to eat that breakfast.

There was a missing shear curtain and the other had mold along the bottom edge. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice.

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Great friendly staff. Hallway on third floor was terribly hot. Light above bathroom sink did not work.

My son enjoyed his stay. No complaints I'm aware of 😊.

This was an amazing hotel full of games and all sorts of fun for the kids like mini golf and go carts. It is very conveniently placed with short travel distance to good food, shops while not being to far from all of the parks or Des Moines bike and nature trails. The staff was amazing and very helpfull. At one point there was some trouble with them and Expedia but they were all over it. They fixed everything and told me not to worrie about it. The breakfast was good and fresh. I personally didn't like the sprinkles in the waffle mix but it was still great!

Very nice place. The King suite was a perfect size for my kids and I. Only complaint is the very very strong smell of chlorine from the pool.

It is in a good location.

Breakfast was very underwhelming, even compared to other hotels continental breakfast. No alarm clock in the room I was assigned. Don't care for the small square pillows, would prefer longer pillows like most hotels. Carpet torn and nasty looking in front of elevators. Otherwise, bed and room were comfortable. Staff at check in desk were helpful and friendly.
