It was a great stay for the price! Clean rooms, lots of parking, quiet atmosphere, decent breakfast.

There were a few dead bugs on the carpet. The shower rail on the bathtub was loose. You could slide it out without much effort.

They continued a person stay over our reservation and we had to take a room we didn't want

The bathroom was clean. Tv remote did not fully work. Couldn't adjust volume or all channels. TV stand was cracked and corner cracked off. Outside doors didn't lock. Not exactly safe. Carpet was not vacuumed. Breakfast was skimpy and grim.

Good parking everything was clean desk help was polite and helpful.

Parking was easy and accessible.Mr. Wright was very helpful

There honestly wasn’t anything I liked about the property. Having to call on the phone to get a receptionist to check in and wait for them to come from a different building. That was strange and a bit annoying. When checking in the receptionist said they needed a card or cash for the deposit. When I handed the card she asked if it works in a way that felt a bit rude. I said yes since I booked the room with it but I’d rather put the cash deposit because I didn’t want them to have my card information at this point. Then the room wasn’t what was requested and I waited for the manager with my wife and kids in the room and they couldn’t figure out why it wasn’t the room I had requested. The manager at one point told me “well I just work here.” Interesting. I would hope for a bit more ownership of the position. Anyways the upstairs floor which is only stairs to access had a ridiculously strong odor of cigarette smoke even into the room which was non smoking. My wife told me she picked up many wrappers and candy pieces and little garbage off of the floor before I got in there. The room itself was ok besides being filthy. When checking out I received my deposit back after telling them it was cash without issues but what’s the point of the deposit if the room isn’t going to be checked? No question of how the stay was or anything just handed the cash and on my way. This was a frustrating experience that will result in me never going here again and sharing my experience with anyone who wished to know.

I got the jacuzzi room. First walk in, the room smelled, toilet paper hanging from the fire alarm, the floor was dirty not even vacuumed. Not all the lights worked, the jacuzzi tub didnt work the best. There was definitely people smoking in the rooms. Would not recommend and will not be going back.

Room was duty needs more cleaning. Break fast needs fruits . Stuff was kind

Nothing! This place was filthy! Hair in the beds, had to switch rooms due to this! Hair on the toilet still! Hallways and stairs were not even vacuumed! Plain disgusting! Everything! It was just gross!

I have stayed here a few times and had a decent experience. The latest time will probably be my last for awhile. The rooms seem clean and in better shape then other hotels in the area. I did experience bugs the last night in the bed. I hooe it was just a unfortunate experience and they get that fixed.
