Unit was clean and well furnished It was a nightmare to get the key the keycode did not work the electronic was down , impossible to contact someone, finaly i talked over the phone to someone who gave a lockbox number who was the wrong one and i got 5 times i 5 different lockbox code we staid stuck almost 3 hours outside under the sun before we get the good code, the first night was a nitghmare also the unit downstairs was rented to people who spent all the night speeding and driving they cars on the driveway in front of the unit in the morning the cars were crashed on the parking lot

However , they had a crew painting while we were there and my rental car was splashed with paint speckles causing us to lose our deposit . I submitted pictures and reached out about it the day it happened. It’s now been 4 days and I haven’t received any response from management on the issue. I was told then I would be contacted by the end of the day Friday and again by then end of the day today. Nobody has reached out to address or handle this issue

I like the place I like the cleanness I The room was too small the bedroom including the beds was too small people in the area was smoking wee it was. It was a strong smelling wee.

Convenient location and excellent amenities. I continue to patronize the property when in Florida

Nice shower/water pressure Between the horrible pillows and extremely loud dirt bikes on nonstop joy rides back and forth past the building it was impossible to sleep. Also paper thin walls so neighbors alarm woke us up too.

It was a cute and CLEAN unit!!! It had all the basic kitchen appliances needed, which was a great touch. Close to a lot of things. Quick 5-10 min drive to the beach, depending on which end you want to go. For the amount I payed (over $1200.00)I would have expected at least 1 round of clean linens/towels. The water ran yellow the entire time I was there. Every morning we were awaken by the contractors who were renovating the units next door and around me.

The bed was comfortable, entering the apartment was easy, since communication was timely. The central AC unit was a bit noisy. especially at night

The hosts were extremely responsive and replied to messages promptly. However, the Wi-Fi did not work during the stay despite multiple attempts to connect. The hosts mentioned they would address the issue, but it was never resolved, which was inconvenient and required relying on mobile data. One drawback was the lack of storage furniture for clothing, which made it difficult to organize belongings. The larger concern was activity in the building’s stairwell. Groups gathered there drinking and smoking, which felt uncomfortable. On several occasions, there were late-night knocks on the door (around 1 AM and 3 AM), which was concerning and impacted the overall sense of safety. On a positive note, the location is close to Fort Lauderdale by the Sea. Once across the bridge, you can request a Circuit car, a free and convenient electric ride service similar to Uber. In summary, the apartment is well maintained and enjoyable, but there are areas for improvement, particularly Wi-Fi reliability, guest safety, and storage. With these improvements, this could be an even better place to stay.

shower water spout was totally detached and AC would auto shut off for no reason.

Location is great Overall, our stay was okay, but there are a few things that could definitely be improved. The floor did not seem properly cleaned upon arrival, which was a bit disappointing. The chairs were somewhat unstable and could use some maintenance. The mattresses also appeared quite worn and were not very comfortable, which affected the quality of sleep. With better attention to cleanliness and some updates to the furniture, the apartment could offer a much more pleasant experience

Door was wide open to the outside. Run down dump. No management at all just text messages. Rather sleep in the streets than here.

The apartment is a good location but not good for staying old Cabinets old vanities, shower, dirty and a small toilet like a kids toilet the TV not working plus they been saying if you check out you have to clean your dish and also you have to take your trash very hard to find the parking if you come late at night do they need to do remodeling? I already told them.
