Staff very very unfriendly Communication very poor Everything you ask seems like a favor or putting the. Out of their way Wife had surgery, had wagon for all our stuff piled high , asked to have door opened with ramp( wheel chair ramp ) , answer was use the 7 steps of the stairs . Really Bed broke , mattress was to small for frame. I paid for king size bed . I got Queen on king bed frame

Nothing We didn¿t get to register. The place was awfull. We had to go somewhere else ti stay

Location and view even though there was a sign that stated breakfast was daily from 7am to 11 - I sat and waiting till 8:15 and there was no breakfast - I was told the kitchen was not ready- also, no room service because it was spring break- this was not posted on the site.

nothing . management rude and instead of 1 bedroom apartment I got a 2 bed tiny room . manager said apartment wasn’t available but when I got there it was empty and they asked me to leave because there were mostly older folk that lives there and I had kids playing in pool . I feel disrespected and discriminated against. Rafael treated and spoke to me very rudely and harsh . worst experience ever the management lied to keep me from staying there after I paid my money and searched all day to find a deal and management was unkind and rude

Total scam. I booked dolphin isle resort due to its location. Did not realize the property was managed by another hotel. My booking was transferred to another, off property location without my consent. The reason provided was that another guest wanted to stay longer and the hotel let them take my reservation. The hotel then offered to book me into another property, but again, I chose my booking specifically for the location. They never called me to confirm I was OK with the change and I only found this out as I showed up at checkin after driving 700 miles. Poor service. No apology. This is not how your treat customers. I would have liked my original booking.

Location No front desk, confusing check in process. Door lock didnt work properly. Window fell out and could not be secured. Back door unlocked. Couldnt use $50 cert at sister hotel restaurant. Power went out, never came back on.

beautiful and peaceful aside from the ashtray & cigarette smell the first room had. We quickly contacted the property staff and was changed to a room that smelled better. the cigarette & ashtray smell inside first room

private location dirty everywhere, ac didn’t work at all it lights up but was so hot we checked out early waste of $ it was filthy, wires exposed, jus embarrassing

nothing it was terrible. i felt unsafe and didn’t even stay there. i went and got another hotel for me and my kids this is the complete opposite of a resort. it’s a dump. the inside is dirty there were stains on the bed and the sofa bed. there were 3 or more locked doors from the other side inside the place. anyone could have walked in. the outside is extremely rundown and needs work. wasted my money and probably won’t use booking.com anymore to book hotels. whoever gave this 8-9 ratings is crazy. i didn’t even stay. i left with my kids and got another hotel.
