Pelican Grand Beach Resort - A Noble House Resort

Clean resort , friendly staff , family friendly. Only downside is that there aren’t many stores close by but being right on the beach was amazing .

Our seaside room was fantastic!! Starting with a very clean and well configured bathroom to our large King Size Bed bedroom which led into another "sitting room" with an additional TV, sofa bed, and small refrigerator before leading out to our outdoor balcony with chairs and a table. Really, really GREAT!!! And the view of the beach and ocean from our balcony was exceptional. Our dinner to celebrate our 54th Wedding Anniversary was also a highlight, starting with unexpected glasses of Champaigne to toast, a surprise Anniversary Card from the Staff, and a complimentary desert. VERY NICE! The staff at the Bar and the Dining Room made my wife and I feel welcome and appreciated.

The lazy river was fantastic and unique! The hotel was lovely and staff was very kind and knowledgeable! The beach access and amenities were wonderful! We would stay again!

★★☆☆☆ We left disappointed by our stay at the Pelican Grand. The property has potential, but the guest experience fell well below expectations. At check-in, we were told our room wasn't available because the previous guest had just checked out. We later learned the room had already been cleaned, but housekeeping wouldn't release it until a supervisor finished their break. That was a frustrating way to begin our stay. The pool towel policy was unnecessarily cumbersome. Guests receive towel cards at check-in and can only get the exact number of towels matching those cards. To avoid being charged, you must return the towels and recover your cards. During a thunderstorm, guests were still expected to manage this process instead of simply seeking shelter. The pool was also poorly managed. Guests played loud music, while children and adults repeatedly jumped into the pool and splashed others with no staff intervention. Our departure ended on a sour note. The front desk directed us to the bell desk to leave a small bag for a friend. When we politely confirmed the process, the bell attendant accused us of having an attitude. The hotel has a beautiful location, but the service, unnecessary policies, and lack of operational oversight made this a disappointing experience. We expected much better. We will definitely not return.

After a somewhat irritating experience with check in, our stay at the resort was amazing overall. The only thing I can say is be prepared for the hidden fees. I was expecting resort fees, but the additional fees were not expected. Beautiful resort, beautiful beach. The only thing I wish is that it was an All Inclusive resort.

the hotels should be required to have updated real up to date pictures. rooms were dirty baseboards falling apart, mold in the bathrooms, broken tiles toilet moving. Looks nothing like in the pictures

Great resort with amazing amenities! A few issues with elevators and the lazy river, but all going through an upgrade, so understandable!

Clean room and beach view

Emailed hotel early to try to get room by 1pm. Made to wait until 4 pm even though hotel appeared to be at very low occupancy. Very disappointed they could not accommodate that and room was not very clean after all that.

Valet prices are way too high, but everything else was excellent.

I try to come to the Pelican every other year every time I’ve been I’ve always had a wonderful experience from the staff to the Hotel crew to the people the servers and the waiters so I would definitely recommend this place to anybody

Loved the ocean front balcony suite with living room and bedroom. Just gorgeous!

We looked at several hotels before deciding to book here. Everyone from the front desk to the bartenders to Johnny on the beach were kind, friendly and accommodating. The private beach was amazing, the food was delicious and the lazy river was so relaxing. 10 out of 10! We will definitely be back!
