Pelican Grand Beach Resort - A Noble House Resort

The was excellent resort, location, and amenities. Friendly helpful staff. Good food and bar. Huge room with his/her bath and slippers. Very happy to stay there.

Pool area with a lazy river is wonderful. Beach wait staff (particularly John) are amazing John literally carried my handicap partner for the hotel porch steps out to a beach chair. I tear up every time I think about it. Wonderful resort.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Pelican Grand! The hotel is beautiful, immaculate, and incredibly accommodating, with gorgeous rooms and spectacular ocean views. I walked into my beachfront room with the full moon over the ocean and waves crashing below and my jaw dropped! As beautiful as the property is, the staff made the experience truly special. Samantha at breakfast became a highlight of my trip. She remembered my order, anticipated anything I needed, never made me feel rushed, and was simply a joy each morning. By my final day, a friend staying with me actually said on the way downstairs, “I’m excited to meet Samantha!” She absolutely lived up to the hype! Susan at Pure Spa gave me a fantastic, incredibly relaxing massage and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Anthony, the late-night bartender, was wonderful and very accommodating while my friend and I enjoyed the great music (and couldn’t resist a little singing and dancing!). And Mark, the bellman, took wonderful care of us as we reluctantly left, even offering waters for the road. I also loved the fun Aperol Spritz promotion — the glasses and fan were such a great touch! These are just the names I was lucky enough to catch because the exceptional service was consistent throughout the hotel. Gorgeous property, incredible views, fantastic food, and truly wonderful people. I would return in a heartbeat!

The late checkout was great if the housekeeping staff wasn’t so loud in the hallway at 8:00am! I think they were having a meeting outside of my room almost yelling. Then they could be heard on personal phone calls speaking very loudly- ridiculous!

The staff is very friendly. Location and sitting area in the back are awesome! Food was pretty good. Balconies are nice too. I paid an extra $100 to upgrade to a premium room on the 11th floor. The first full day I got to listen to someone pounding on pipes REALLY loudly. I was told I could call ahead for beach setup - I did that and it wasn't done when I went down 25 minutes later (I was told 20 mins.) and there were three guys sitting there. More pounding the 2nd full day, but not on pipes. I wish I had not upgraded.

The staff was outstanding, we had such a pleasant stay, the room was very spacious and clean with excellent view to the beach. . Everything was great and amenities were excellent. Restaurant had variety of food.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing. The facilities were as advertised. No issues. Very nice. We were well pleased. Oh yeah, the views are spectacular.
