One of the only properties in the area on the beach
-
-Absolutely the best pillows I have ever had the pleasure of resting my head on at a hotel or rental property. -EVERY staff member from the valets, reception staff, housekeepers, pool and beach staff - everyone was outstanding We very much appreciated the Lazy River How many properties have those?! I travel a lot This is a 10

Property needs to clean and maintain their property if they are stating this is a private beach after my wife called and ask the manager they said it was clean and ready beach was disguising and cannot be able to use also rooms and hallways looking like it’s under construction this was a terrible experience I’m also a Florida resident that did not get my discount rate I am contacting my cc company about this experience and transaction!!

The hotel itself was beautiful, the lobby was perfectly air conditioned when walking in, however, there was a strong fragrance upon entering which was a bit rough for those with reactive asthma. Room was as pictured, clean, well maintained, in room air conditioning worked very well. Restaurants were easy to find and had a good amount of food options, even an ice cream shop with coffee.

The ocean view was fabulous!! We were on the 6th floor that enabled us to see the fireworks from a distance!! My son is in a wheelchair, and so happy every thing was accessible!! The lazy river was a plus for him with the beach being unable to utilize, looked like they were adding a ramp going to the sand!! Can’t wait, will be back!!!

Great! Beach was clean, staff was friendly and we all loved the pool and lazy river! Watch out for the iguanas!
-
Location! Best in Fort Lauderdale
-
Beautiful rooms! Everything was very clean and comfortable, with an excellent view. The pool was also fantastic and very enjoyable for the kids. Unfortunately, during our stay, there was a lot of seaweed in the sea, so we weren't able to swim in the beach. Overall, a great hotel experience, just a pity about the beach conditions at this time of year

Unfortunately, the beaches are covered in sargassum seaweed, of course that is no fault to the hotel. However, on our first night, we asked to check out and cancel our reservation to go to a different part of Florida (our kids just wanted the beach) we were told no and we would be charged a couple of nights but the staff said the seaweed would be cleared every morning… it wasn’t.

My husband and I took our 2 granddaughters for a 3 day stay. Rooms are beautiful Oceanside view balcony kids enjoyed lazy river.
-
I liked the amenities and the location. The staff in the beach area are not so nice. They are grumpy.
-
No Complaints! 😊
-
The incidental payment per day of $150 collected upfront for 6 days was ridiculous at check in on top of the resort fees.
-
Pillows were horrible
-
Great location and condition of the hotel for being an older hotel. Views of the beach from the wrap around deck, hotel room, and Spa were amazing! The rooms were modern and spacious. Spa staff was great and massages were very good. I would definitely stay here when in Fort Lauderdale again.
