The location of the hotel was great. Our room was a bit outdated, but we had all the amenities and the convenience of the restaurant downstairs. Food and wait staff was good. The wifi was out during our stay and I think it messed up our billing at checkout but I caught it and it was adjusted immediately. We would stay here again.

The people were wonderful. We just came off a cruise with rude people and I was so tired. The front desk clerk was just so nice and welcoming. They accommodated us as we were very early for check in. The pool was clean and refreshing and I can’t say enough about the bar and restaurant service and food. Niki and Jackie were top notch! Really it was a great experience. 1 thing I could add is maybe a fluffier pillow. But if you sleep on both of them it was fine. The view out the back patio is breathtaking as it’s very close to the ocean. They have chairs and umbrellas to rent but we hung out at the pool. As there’s a ledge to sit in and a water fall

Small pool. “Updated” rooms (2018) but with loud window air conditioning. No heat or air in bathroom (by design). Balcony not usable in summer due to outside temp and heat coming from a/c unit. Beach is really ugly this time of year w red tide and seagrass. Great potential here but, in my opinion, it’s lipstick in a pig. Onsite restaurant is convenient but hot as well. All open air. Top it off with $50/night parking in very limited available spaces. I would not stay again.

The view was amazing. Right out the doir was the ocean. Breakfast downstairs in the hotel with view of the ocean. Prices at the restaurant was within normal range not exaggerating because of the connivence, and tasted excellent. We had dinner there n the last evening and tasted great and bill was reasonable. Staff was friendly, room were cleaned on time and well and surroundings was well maintained. The last week before the end of vacation the sea became rough because it was the start of the hurricane season I was told. All in all great location overlooking the beach.

All rooms are ocean front! Staff was amazing, beds were so comfortable and the beach was right there the moment you stepped out. Also be sure to try their restaurant, food was delicious!

Absolutely Amazing ocean front views!

This place really requires serious investment; I'm glad we only stayed for one day. Everything is old and broken.

Good property

front desk staff were really nice and made our stay perfect

Restaurant not being opened.

Great view room was nice but only downfall was they have benches right at the end of the patio from our where ppl can sit. So if u wanted to stand at the railing of the patio you gotta worry about kicking people in the head or dripping drinks on them

Nice being right on the beach and the pool was great as well. The room had a bit to be desired. Old lighting, wall air conditioner that didn't work very well, only three glasses and dishes as well as very little silverware. The restaurant on site was excellent. The front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. Heard they were refubishing so maybe some upgrades are coming.
-
Only reason I’m giving a 4 star because there was a resort fee and a parking fee. I was unaware of these fees. It was a nice hotel. Staff were nice. House keeping was a little snippy.

The trip of a lifetime! From start to finish my stay was absolutely amazing! The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating, the beachfront rooms with their balconies were stunning and made you get into the holiday mood! The food at the Sandbar Grill was excellent and the service provided was very warm and welcoming! The beach and the pool were great as well! All in all I enjoyed my visit and would love to return again soon!

Such a hidden gem of a hotel! The front desk staff was so friendly! We were allowed to enjoy the amenities before check in time. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds and bedding. Great views and beach. A lovely pool and the attached restaurant had excellent food. I will definitely stay here again!

One positive was the convenient location. We visited the grill next door, which was charming and offered a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, the service there was disappointing. After being seated, we received only a minimal greeting. When our food arrived, our server never checked back with us—not to offer napkins, refills, or see if we needed anything else. We couldn't help but notice that other guests appeared to be receiving much more attentive service. Eventually, my husband had to approach another staff member just to have our bill charged to our room. While there were some enjoyable aspects of our stay, the lack of attentive service and the unexpectedly small balcony detracted from the overall experience.

Couldn't have chosen a better place, I appreciated the spacious suite that easily accommodated all three of us. The staff was incredibly helpful . We will certainly return!

Beautiful property on the beach with comfortable beds. Difficult to reach anyone at reception (multiple phone calls unanswered, email not answered, and often nobody at the desk - only to have the “Chief Engineer” show up on two different occasions and be rude). When I did finally meet the front desk, she was lovely and helpful.
