The Hotel Deauville

It was small and very private and beach was very close walk Not too many places to eat close .. we had to drive

What I liked was that there was a pool, and I really liked the location. I also liked that they were umbrellas and chairs for the beach. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a comfortable bed. I appreciated having coffee, a mini-fridge, and a microwave. The bathroom was also very nice. One of the downsides is that everything is managed remotely. So when you need something right away, you can’t always get it immediately. It was written that the room would be cleaned every three days, but I stayed for five nights and the room was never cleaned unless I specifically requested it. Even then, it was only to get fresh towels or more coffee and shampoo. The floor was never cleaned, the bed was never made, the usual housekeeping services you would expect in a hotel were not provided. The umbrellas also need to be replaced, and there aren’t enough chairs and umbrellas available. There is also not enough water pressure in the shower.

The room was great. pool was right outside the door. perfect size for what we needed. Close proximity to the venue and restaraunts. Would have been great to have another table in the sitting room in the corner under the tv.

Clean, kids friendly, close to the beach. The shower has a handheld shower head which is perfect when shower off little kids . The pool was clean. The walk to the beach takes just 5min. Publix is on the other side of the road. The staff been friendly and responsive to our requests. Thank you so much.

The staff was very accommodating. They had an issue with my room and upgraded me no charge. The communication is outstanding. Planning to stay many more times

Room was clean and bed was comfortable only spent one night and checked in late in the evening and checked out early next morning. It was clean and comfortable and we got a great nights sleep

I have stayed here several times and they always deliver. Beautiful property 4 blocks from the ocean. You will love the convenience of this hotel… walking distance to many amenities. Csll now… you will not be disappointed!

My room 109, located poolside (as were all the others) was very comfortable for one a person stay. I love the spaciousness of a one-bedroom unit and kitchenette, and quiet at night despite being on Ocean Boulevard It's an all digital access hotel which was very easy; just that there's no on-site person if issues arise but to their credit my contact via texting resolved most of the problems that I experienced and reported.

Water doesn’t get hot. Shower is poorly designed so water gets all on the floor. Property is dirty and not maintained.

Very clean, very comfortable bed, nice room. Convenient parking. I only rated the staff 3/5 simply because I didn’t have to interact with anyone, they sent me a door code and it was all self serve which I liked. I’d stay here again.
