Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Intracoastal/Il Lugano

Me encantó la propiedad, triste que la piscina esta en construcción y no la pudimos utilizar. Aparte de eso todo fue excelente

The property was beautiful and the view from The room absolutely amazing. There is a good spread for breakfast and the staff was very helpful. The pool was not available during our stay but the beach was 10-15 minutes away.

I am thoroughly dissatisfied with the service at this hotel. I was shocked upon check-in to find two tattered beds and a lumpy coverlet filled with large, hard clumps—far from the smooth, soft bedding one expects. It was my first time enduring a four-day, three-night stay at such a terrible hotel. I lodged a complaint, but no one addressed the issue, claiming that because I booked through Expedia, there was nothing they could do. It is not as if I have never stayed in a hotel before! I recorded a video and showed it to the receptionist, but they still didn't resolve the issue.

Very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was a good size, the breakfast was good, the staff were helpful. We were surprised to hear that room service was not daily when we came back to the room and saw that towels were not changed and the bed was not made. We have stayed at the Il Lugano often and overall, we were very happy with our stay.

The view of intercoastal was nice. The hotel was.

Pool out of service no free parking... Either valet or metered parking..

Great vacation with my family, we enjoyed the food, the pool, the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, the location was very convenient with a beautiful view of the canal, definetely recommendable.

Everything and specially Alfredo at the front desk makes everything possible for less than second. Really Thanks Alfredo.

The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was okay. Location was good short drive to beach. Overall, nice place to stay

The amenities has definitely changed since we last stayed. My husband and I were disappointed with breakfast when we last stayed. One of the reasons we decided to return to this property was due to the on site restaraunt and its amenities but sadly they changed.

The size of the room was fine. I liked that I could walk to bars and food spots. Too many doors. They literally were knocking into each other. No pool access.

The room itself was spacious It really clean, called staff for bathroom issues never got a call back or a visit

The stay was excellent, got an upgrade on our room for free, for becoming a member.

Great hotel, comfortable beds and great location.

I visited this Inn once before this summer. The ambiance was not very welcoming then. It is different this time. ( Did they actually listened? ). I felt much more comfortable on this trip. Thank you Residence Inn.
