It was a great place to stay

It was ok

The pool was decent. Our second room floor the tub wouldn’t drain. Got moved to another room the next day. Can’t use the handicap parking because the staff uses it. And then make sure they don’t leave it open for anyone else to get in. Microwave almost caught fire in the middle of the night in the first room before we got moved. No one was using it. It’s an old property. Need some love. Maybe the owners could put some money into it and get staff a little more courteous.

Clean room and convenient location to the beach!

I dint stay there because they didn't recall me having a reservation with Expedia then refused to give me a refund.

Anything was better than that Fort Lauderdale beach hotel and resort

The bed was comfortable, the room was nice and spacious and there was no unnecessary noise.... great stay ❣️??

House keeper was very Rude she actually said F$&K you to Me. The property Manager was extremely rude when I informed her of the action of her Employee

Nothing It had termites in the room flying everywhere

The staff was amazing, but the property needs work. Broken flooring, water on the floor, termites crawling on the bed. Just gross. We were so glad to leave. The only thing going for it is the amazing customer service, and the condition of the hotel isn't their fault.

Staff, when checking out A RUDE LADY, after ny GOOD MORNING, not an answer and i just put the card keya in the counter, she got pissed off and started to discriminate me: THAT I WAS THE WORST HISPANIC she has ever seen. After me, A TEACHER, politely say: good morning, for check out. She looked a me with a discrimatory face, but she was a black woman. I didn't understand. UGLY PLACE, DIRTY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, NASTY PLACE. NEVER COME HERE ! AND I HOPE EXPEDIA CAN REMOVE THIS PROPERTY FROM THEIR OFFERA. YOU CAN FALL EASY.

Clean, quiet, can watch Sunrise from Pool.

Only one available within my budget. It was late and last minute booking. Too far from airport and port.

Right across from the ocean, Yea! Parking was easy and included and the staff was informative and so friendly !

Location Cleanliness, tv didn’t work and bathroom linen

It was nothing like the pictures. Floor was filthy I had to wear my shoes and keep them beside the bed in case I had to get up during the night. Bathroom was nasty too. But the bed was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I checked out of the accommodation today and was asked for a $50 deposit. I paid with my debit card and haven't received the money in my account yet. Please provide a receipt or an estimate of when it will be deposited. Thank you.
