Ocean Mile Hotel

I stayed at Ocean Mile Hotel in Fort Lauderdale for four days and felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was pleasant, friendly, and very informative. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again. I didn’t have any major complaints during my four-day stay.

Nothing, the worst hotel I have ever seen Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. We were kept awake all night by unbearable noise coming from the room next door. When we tried calling the hotel at 2 a.m., nobody answered. There was no nighttime service, and although the front desk opened at 9:30 a.m., nobody was available until 10:30 a.m. We had enough and decided to check out and request a refund. To make matters worse, the hotel was dirty, and the elevator raised serious safety concerns, with a certificate that appeared to have expired in 2022. We stayed on September 4, and today, October 3, nobody from the hotel has responded to Booking.com regarding our complaint and refund request. Nearly a month later, we are still waiting for a resolution. The communication, cleanliness, safety and overall management were completely unacceptable. I deeply regret booking this hotel. If zero stars were an option, that is exactly what I would give. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Staff ignores guests AND Hotel.com assistance. It was worse than any hotel or even motel I have ever seen. Just don't waste your money.

This property is a 10 min walk to the ocean beach area with several good restaurants and alot of live music

I really enjoyed my stay. clean room , friendly staff, great pool and appliance's all worked just fine - place was awesome

The hotel is accross the street from Fort Lauderdale Beach near restaurants and stoes The room had a leak from the AC , that leaked water a lot of water in the bathroom, wall and room and when we complained about it, we were told that they will give us towels to clean the floor a bowl to use for the leak.. when we refused to stay they changed the room to a better room.

Location and price were nice. We only stayed one night. It was tolerable for the price but not what the pictures portrayed. There is very little parking here, the room smelled of really strong bleach, im glad the floors were clean however was very overpowering. The bedding was not nice at all and had hairs from the previous stays and pillows were extremely flat. The air conditioning was off when we got there and the room was really humid and hot. The worst part about this stay were the people that were staying - this may be situational but for us there was someone having a domestic fight until 3-4 AM while we were trying to sleep in the room next to us. It sounded quite dangerous and the doors were slamming all night and considered leaving in the middle of the night. No one to reach out to from the front office / reception.

It was a nice place Basically the manager asked me when we were leaving in the morning and purposely said he won’t be here at 9 am to refund our deposit so he got to keep that for himself. Apparently he did it to majority of the people staying there. And it’s a CASH deposit so ya know he kept that for himself.

Everything. It was so quaint! It was all fine. No complaints .

Lights didn’t work tv didn’t work ac was not working well. Not enough towels in room. No one came to clean. It was not what the pics lead us to believe. Microwave would trip circuit breaker and stop working. No sponge to wash dishes. Over all 1 out of 5 would not consider going back again. Not what we expected.

View/location Bugs inside the room ant infestation bathroom and bed unkept property.. and night walkers so a lot of noise and traffic in the property

They did not clean my room for a week or change the towels

I didn't get the kitchen I wanted because not all rooms have kitchens which I didn't realize
