I book the hotel for 4 night and I only spent 1 night I had to book another hotel because their room was insane floor look like never clean, the bed was terrified it was a whole disaster and when I called to complain because nobody was on the office, they didn’t understand nothing and I just leave and lose all my money

This place was very nice! But is definitely a budget friendly resort. It was older and dated, but if you just need somewhere to sleep and shower, this place fit the bill. It is no frills, but had everything we needed and the pool was nice. Oliver at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The place is older and could use some maintenance, but for the price you can’t go wrong.

This is an inexpensive motel. It is dated, the bathroom has signs of wear, but it was bug free and clean enough. You get what you pay for. The kitchenette was not the cleanest. My niece refused to eat anything I cooked from there because she thought it was “shady”. I cleaned what I was using and was grateful to have a kitchenette. The air was a window unit, so it did feel warm at night. It was loud at night with kids running around and screaming. It was hard to rest. The staff was great and the pool was the best part. Beautiful pool and that is the place to hang. Access to the beach is across the street. A short 5 min. walk. The beach was full of Sargassum when we went in July. Not a plus. Better to hang at the pool. Enjoyed my stay and was glad there was a bug-free affordable place next to the beach.

Exterior is beautiful location is okay parking was good

I have pictures of the mold that was present in our room. Like a lot of mold. I also never received the WiFi information to be able to use the WiFi. I requested a refund via Expedia and was told the property denied it. Would you subject your family members to sleeping in an extremely damp environment with active mold growth under the sink? Owner, ask yourself that.

Office do not open until after 10 am. It will be locked. Its awful to go with family to this place.

It was nice quite and close to bus stops and trolleys

The hotel was older, seemed to be fairly well maintained but I feel it could have used a little more remodel…there was clearly water damage previously and looks like they painted over it, which was disappointing to see. The pool was nice and everything else was clean.

The room was very clean we had one that was upgraded and it was gorgeous. The staff is amazing Oliver was helpful from Check-In to Check-Out. The outdoor pool was so refreshing. The A/C was so good after a long hot day at the beach. This place is perfectly located a hop, skip, and a jump away from the beach. A McDonald's is close and a tiki bar which you have access to the beach from the tiki bar. You can walk to the beach it is small walk, but it is doable otherwise you have to pay parking and or risk getting towed. There is parking further down alongside of the road for $4/hr which is affordable option which we didn't know that, but we are letting you know that, so you don't fall for the $30/hr parking lots.

Convenient clean and friendly staff

Very kid friendly this year. This is our second year in a row we have stayed and we enjoyed this visit even more. 420 smoker friendly. Staff is great Oliver the owner is the best! Definitely coming back for another year. 5 minute walk to the ocean. Close to most things. Within walking distance to Lauderdale by the beach shops and visitor center. We stayed a week.

I pulled the sheets back, they were inside out and there was hair. The door didn’t seal great and smoke from outside was coming inside my room. I left and paid for another hotel, I just couldn’t stay. The pool looked nice. The door adjoined another room and it felt like someone could have just pushed their way through.
